What a great place to take the family.so much to do and a lovely coffee shop with BBQ facilities outside

Pretty old school and the facilities weren't the best. The gym was super basic not much equipment.

Nice pool but never answer the phone and poorly organised. They insist Active Kids vouchers be emailed and then loose the email in their email system which left us $100 out of pocket. This is the first negative review I've ever done! Dealing with PLC has been so frustrating.

To be honest i was completely disappointed. We went at 4pm on a Monday and let me say dont bother going on squad or learning to swim days. The big pool was cut in half by a floating divider so squads had 1 whole side. The rest of the pool besudes 1 lane was dedicated to lap swimming only. So kids wanting to play were getting jumped over by other kids and then inconsiderate parents directed their children to swim laps in the only free lane. Their children would just run into you and expect you to move. The lifeguards didn't care and only stopped other children playing in the lap lanes. The heated pool was also divided off for learn to swim which left children and adults with next to no room to have fun with their children. The food at the tiny cafe was ridiculously overpriced. A croissant with ham and cheese was 8 dollars and it had skimpy servings of both and was dry. Everything in that shop was ridiculously overpriced. The vending machines were also overpriced. Also a major downside was the water slide wasn't on. It was the only reason we went there. There was also no information telling you this before you walk in and look at it. Id just avoid this leisure center unless you want to learn to swim or do squads. Do not recommend. A very expensive boring afternoon for the kids and parents.

One of the nice pool around the peninsula.with kid splash area. And friendly staff very clean and I highly recommend this pool.

I have only used the pool facilities here & they were great. The pools are very clean & they always have several lifeguards on duty that are always paying attention. The heated walking therapy pool is fantastic for people who require rehabilitation for physical disabilities or injuries. The spas & saunas are also extremely clean. The cost for entry is also very reasonable for one-off & membership fees. The sporting facilities are also in great condition if you want to play basketball or squash. They also have a gym on-site. Definitely recommend this place for a swim.

Had a shower. The inddor courts are all wooden. Air con. Plus a great big olympic size pool plus a gym

It's got it all. Best to go middle of the day. Evenings apparently get busy. Sauna takes three, spa lovely strong jets takes five but that's tight. Only three people were going in the spa due to social distancing. Lanes in pool for walking, relaxing and slow swimming. Converted for swimming club. Many other pools, everything clean. Warm too.

Just a shame that on weekends, a heated and totally covered swimming space closes early on weekends.

My ettalong public school kids have swimming it was for eight weeks and we have three days of swimming and I did free style and back stroke and back sulk it was really really really fabulous

Great heated pools for all ages. Generally pretty clean depending on how busy it gets. Could do with some maintenance but otherwise a great facility.

Enjoy PLC.a bit difficult during carnival time.also have to share lanes after carnivals as the pool is only half open.still enjoy my swim and spa.

Clean, great for kids and staff are very friendly. Big grassy area for a picnic bu would be great if there were more tables and shade outside

Hadn't been there for ages. Went for a dip with the great nieces. Two hours in the water, coffee (good) & milk shakes. Feels great.

If the reception staff actually answered their phone (like any reliable, competent business should) I would rate this location so much higher. It's incredible that the operations manager hasn't realised how integral the staff and cafe are to their business. Without efficient operations in this regard, they run the risk of losing business.

Prices change constantly for services without notice, vending machines are always out of order and staff do not advise on entry what is not working for the day (as if that wasn't important). I've attended many times for the steam room only to hear it is out of order when I've paid to use it.

Spa, sauna and steam room are excellent facilities when they do work however, so I will always put up with all the above just to get access to it. If staff are reading this, please listen to your customers more and understand how important reliability of services are to your patrons.

If you go early enough there is not to bigger crowd, afternoons have school kids arriving, gets far to busy

2 breaches of Covid 19 law in spa section within 45 minutes
And paid $10 dollars as Pensioner to be basically infected with Covid 19

I remember the $0.20c trampolines like as if it was yesterday. Nice clean pool & the perfect temperature.

A great place to go for exercise, swim or gym.there are many classes to choose. Staffs are helpful, especially, Wade is always willing to assist with anything with a big smile.

Gym assessment was attended to by Damo. Very helpful and easy to talk to. Listened to my needs and fulfilled my requests without issues.
