Very happy with Patioland Sydney from planning to completion. Build quality is perfection and couldn’t look better. Very easy to deal with and completed on schedule. We couldn’t be happier.

Full credit to Adrian and his team of workers in removing our old patio roof and installing a new one. The work was carried out safely, on time and with minimal disruption to us. We now have an area fully weather protected and adding value to our house. Many thanks to the team.

We have just finished our second outdoor area with Patioland. We went straight to Patioland for our second build as Adrian & his team are extremely professional.

Our second outdoor area included a deck extension, the auto opening and closing roof, closing in the space at one end, glass pool fencing, applications to council, electrical work etc.all of which needed to be in keeping with the existing home. Adrian took all this in his stride & kept us informed every step of the way. Adrian’s team were also professional, clean and friendly.

We are delighted with the product, Adrian & team and also the after sales/completion service.

From the initial meeting to go over my plans, and to submission of the quote, nothing was too much trouble. Any queries that I had were discussed in detail to provide easily understood alternatives.

From acceptance of the contract all steps were clearly outlined and each stage seamlessly flowed to the next.

The tradesmen were efficient and answered any question that I had about the progress of the job. Before leaving each day they ensured that the materials were safely put away and the building site left clear of any rubbish.

Nailed it

Our patio roof was finished last week. We are delighted with the end result. Adrian was helpful in guiding us into making the right choices of colour, size, louvre direction etc. Adrian’s communication throughout the job was excellent and we always felt we were a priority. The men who came to work on our project were courteous and considerate, professional in the quality of workmanship as well. All rubbish was cleared and taken away and we were left with a pergola to be proud of. I would recommend this company!

I had an awning installed on my apartments' balcony, being on the fourth floor and a high wind area it was a job for left for the professional team members of Patioland. From start to finish Adrian ensure that the task went smoothly and on time, while William had a keen eye for detail he ensured a high standard of workmanship and outstanding finished product that has set the standard in my apartment complex.

For us, Patioland re-roofed a patio that had been damaged by the Berowra hailstorm of December 2018.
Patioland ordered the parts required and once they had been delivered Adrian (the boss) inspected them thoroughly before scheduling work to start. They had looked acceptable to me, but he detected a few scratches on the Colorbond and insisted the supplier send a fresh shipment. I was impressed by this thoroughness. The actual re-roof was completed within a day and I’m happy with the attitude of the tradesmen and the quality of their work.

I would highly recommend Patioland. The entire team is highly skilled in offering assistance to ensure you achieve what you are seeking. Adrian is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional and sees the job right through to completion. The quality of the builders is exceptional. They are professional, punctual, and carry out the work to the highest quality resulting in a finished patio that could not be built in a better way.
