Emanate and Co did an amazing job of the patio they built for us. Adrian and the team are extremely professional, helpful and handled everything for us, including all dealings with Council. We couldn't be happier with the end result which effectively doubled our living space.

We are thrilled with our new deck. We had a very old, rundown and tired excuse for one that no one wanted to use and that was well past it. Emanate & Co designed and built an area that has become our new happy place.
It was delivered on time and on budget. The team were a delight to deal with and it was lovely having them around over the last few months. Thanks to Adrian for managing eveything from the get go and to William, Duncan, Danny and George who put the hard yards in to make the picture come to life. Now we need a new project for them to work on!

I used Emanate & Co (previously Hornsby Patio Land) to design and build my outdoor patio Adrian gave me a number of options given the space that I had. The result was that our previously unusable outdoor area tripled in size and we now have an outdoor area where we can entertain and relax, without exposure to the elements. The product looks amazing and took our indoors, outdoors. We even installed a kitchen and a built in bbq. To be completely honest, there were a few leaks which became evident during the horrendous down pours we had. I rang Adrian, he came around the next day and within 48 hours it was rectified. This was very impressive. No issues since.
I would highly recommend Emanate & Co and Adrian and frankly, wouldn’t use anyone else. I’m likely to have more work done with them shortly, …. A car port.

We engaged Emanate & Co to design and build an alfresco area for us to maximise our living space for our growing family. This essentially added an outdoor room to our house, including fully insulated ceiling, fan, dimmable downlights, skylights, glass balustrade, wood-finish aluminium screening and tiled flooring for that low maintenance lifestyle we were after. We are thrilled with the finished product.

Emanate & Co installed a roof over our back deck which has now added a very useful and weather resistant outdoor space.

From the moment an inquiry was placed on their website there was a professionalism to the response and timeliness to engage. The design phase was carefully researched and specified. The use of a 3d image to visualise the end result was helpful to sit along with the architect drawings of the different elevations. When it came to the build the team were always on time, friendly and took care to ensure their working environment was clean and safe. Even when the rains did their best to slow progress, there was ingenuity and clear communication. Throughout the process Adrian Apostolatos never left a week untouched without an update. When a requirement to change the scope arose, twice, he ensured the response was acted upon by efficiently and without fuss. Now that the construction is complete, the quality of the final structure matches the quality of the design process and the team. It’s not always the case that everything is handled with care and precision, with a focus on client needs. This was one of those exceptional circumstances.

Patioland built our patio roof for us. It is a large roof measuring 20 x 3 metres, with recessed LED lighting, heater panels, and a fan.

Our dealings with Adrian and his Contractors were very professional and pleasant to work with.

For a $50K project, it all went fairly quickly once we received Council approval.

We now have true indoor/outdoor living, as it effectively has added a large room onto our house. No doubt it has considerably added to its' resale value.

We had been thinking of renovating our outdoor area for a while and we are thrilled with the finished product! Even better it was ready to enjoy during lockdown. Even towards the end of winter we could enjoy the area curled up on the outdoor lounge, blinds down and roof heaters on.

We got our patio cover installed today by Adrian, William and Duncan and the finished product looks great. Everything from the advice and communication to the workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. They take care in what they do and it shows in the product. Expectations exceeded.

Thanks to Adrian and his team we now have a beautiful new outdoor living area with a timber extension to our earlier small concrete deck, and an insulated roof with natural light strips and integrated LED lighting. Adrian provided initial design advice and then managed the implementation very professionally. All details were specified in advance so there were no unpleasant surprises. The insulated roof has enabled us to use the outdoor area almost every day, even on hot summer days. Very happy!
