Pasta Italia Cucina & Pastificio

I visited the Italian restaurant for the first time with my husband and we can’t fault it in anyway. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff were friendly and very attentive. I will definitely be returning. It was Bellissimo!

This use to be my all time favourite Italian restaurant for years. I went there last week and it was under new management, the menu had changed, staff had changed and sadly the quality of the food had changed dramatically. The pizza and pasta was on childrens meal level - couldn’t even finish it and we kept ordering extra meals hoping that something would come back decent. None of it was! We also couldn’t hear amongst ourselves because the chef was constantly screaming so loudly at other staff. I will never ever come here again.

Food was incorrect Didnt want to wait for another 20 minutes for correction. Taste was poor, way too salty (no choice was really hungry). My Juliano sauce was pork mince fried in oil & salt with tiny sprinkle of dried herbs and add with small amount of
can mushrroms. Worst $25 pasta ever had. Service is no better than fastfood chain.

Food/service was good, but it was literally LOUD AS A ROCK CONCERT in there. I had to scream just to talk to my friends across the table. I left with a hoarse voice. Miserable experience.

Thanks to Alessandro who made this an enjoyable night the service was five star and the food was unbelievable will definitely return

Food was tasty however gluten free option pasta was pretty ordinary and service ok, delivery of meals not at same time, will go back though

We had to wait over 50 minutes for two pastas and one pizza. And when we asked why others who arrived after us had already got their food they had no explanation as to why our order was taking long as we put in our order prior to others. All the waiter could say is it will be another 15 minutes and didn't really care! Not even an apology! The waiter had a beard with black glasses on, looks like his in his 40s.

One of the younger waiters noticed our frustration and really tried to help however I expected more from the bearded waiter who seemed to be the manager.

They also make you pay 80 cent surcharge for eftpos. Food was not that great either

It’s such a shame the food is delicious- because the service is terrible. Every single time my partner & I eat here - we leave saying never again. Tonight - my partners meal (steak) came out before my pasta after 5 mins or so the manager informed us they made a mistake in my pasta & it would be coming, my partner tried to slowly eat his meal, so he we still eat together - but his food was becoming cold -
Once his meal was finished - I was served my pasta.
When we got the bill it was still full priced plus the Sunday surcharge - when we spoke up about how ridiculous it is that we are charged full price when planning to eat dinner together - not watch one and other eat.
We were told that the manager was unable to do anything about the price - which anyone with half a brain knows isn’t true.
As I said, such a shame the food is delicious & the service doesn’t match.

Atmosphere that is addictive. Excellent food and service. Come in as customers, leave as friends. Thank you for a fantastic evening Deni. I will be seeing you soon, thank you.

Wow can’t believe we got recommended by the staff to get the crab pasta. Cost $40 and possibly the worse pasta I’ve ever had.

If you want to get ripped off that the best place to go.shame!
Almost 50$ order take away just for a pizza and pasta
Pasta over cooked, no taste, wrong ingredients on the pizza. WTF?
For that price Candeloris it’s much more better.

Last night we had seafood pasta and veal saltimbocca. Best ever. Service was outstanding chairs could be more comfortable.

Great quality pasta and solid service. We had a set menu as we went on Valentines day so it was quite busy but the passion and quality could be felt in every dish. Somewhat pricey for the area but all in all a solid choice if you ever want Italian.

Locations is a little difficult to get to, had to do a u turn on major road, but the food was delicious and worth the turn.

Excellent food, pasta is prepared on premises and fantastic value for money! Have never rolled out of a restaurant but it happened here lol! Can't wait for the next visit!

Food was great but if your wanting a romantic dinner away from kids this is not the place to go. We were surrounded by families with kids. Definitely a place to go with the whole family though. Good food and customer service.

Perhaps the best pasta restaurant in Sydney and beyond. A bit pricey but worth it. Recommended in a heart beat, and no, we do not have shares in it!

Have had take away from here a couple of times. The pasta is incredible, especially the arrabiata and boscaiola.

Food was nice and the place has a good atmosphere. However they didn't charge us correctly on the credit card surcharge (it was higher than it should be) which was a bit of a put off for me. I can only imagine how many other people it may have happened too and they don't realise they can cop a fine for it.

Great place to have some really nice Italian food unfortunately once we had ordered and finished our mains it was as if we were invisible we had to wave down the waiter to order dessert and pay our bill. Great pizza though will be back
