What a great store, a bit cluttered but if you take the time to search through the hundreds of items you will come up with something, so many accessories like moustaches to add to the look

I needed help to put a costume together and I was so impressed with the level of friendly and helpful advice that I got from BECCY. She is so great and I would recommend her to anyone.

I find it lovely to be honest, it is sometimes busy but there is respectable Staff members, and its tidy and have a huge range of costumes, located next to a Mildly busy road but other then that I give it an 5 I can't rate it a 6 as that to much but better then other stores I've been in

My mum went into this store and was just looking at the balloon colours and the lady was extremely rude because my mum was looking at “their supply”.
This isn’t the first time a woman in this shop has been rude either.
Won’t be coming back and will get our balloons elsewhere.

Super friendly staff! Lots of fancy dress packages and bits and pieces for your dress up parties.

I bought a costume online and it was the wrong fit, I got to this store last minute before my Party, not only did I find what I wanted, but it was $15 cheaper than what I bought online, with a free accessory (gun holster)
they had an amazing range and Cohi was super helpful.

The staff were impatient and lots of stuff is overpriced. It's not that good quality and the store is really messy. One worker tried screamed at me, blamling me for the mess as I had my school bag however my friends I had just walked into the store. Will not be going back again.

A very wide range of costumes.
Good service but expensive prices. Face paint was good. If you have time order online. If not this shop is a great option.

Very helpful and very friendly and warm. Took time to show me the tricks of the trade for filling balloons with helium and tying em off.
