Party Land

We drove an hour to get to the store. As we approached the store at 6.35pm on a Thursday evening, the sales person/manager literally closed the door in our face & waved dismissively that they are closed. Advertised closing time is 7pm. There were 4 other customers who also arrived & were disappointed/inconvenienced. Despite us & others knocking on the window, the staff glanced at us and ignored us & continued cashing up. Appalling treatment of customers! It's now only 6.45pm.

Update: Just found a great alternative at K-Mart.

They unfortunately didn’t have everything I was looking for, but the girl who helped me was very resourceful and we managed to mix and match. Saved the day!

I’ve been to the store, I was very well attended, there is a lot of variety and I found what I was looking for. The location is excellent.

I ordered 3 bunches of balloons for my sons first birthday last week. I arranged to pick them up at 4.30pm on Saturday afternoon ahead of the party early the next morning. When we were setting up for the party the next morning I discovered that every balloon, with the exception of the foil number one ballon had deflated and was unusable! They were literally tiny little balloons. Very disappointed and upset as we effectively had no balloons for his party.

Edited in response to owners comment - the assistant didn’t ask me about time period required nor offer helium saver. I did mention the party was the next day at the time of ordering. Contacting you 30 mins before the party (when I found the balloons were deflated) wouldn’t have helped me. Happy for you to contact me to offer me a resolution / refund.

I had an amazing experience today at Partyland Bondi Junction. The lady who was working on the day not only delivered a great customer service, but also managed my helium balloon's decoration looking amazing! Will definitely come back:)
