762016 Ranger steering wheel developing slight freeplay, as if steering wheel hub to steering column bolt working loose. Attended Jackson's Ford, Devonport, Tas. Was informed that no one available to assist. A few days later, attended Kinghorne Ford, Nowra, NSW. Informed them I was travelling, had already tried to remove steering wheel myself to fix, and just required 5 minutes assistance to remove wheel. Basically fobbed off with no assistance. With steering wheel freeplay slowly getting worse, dropped into Thomson Ford, Parramatta, NSW. Directed to Parramatta Motor Group to which I then proceeded, totally unannounced. Explained my situation to Service Advisor whom immediately sourced a Service Technician to look at my vehicle. I only asked for someone to disengage the air bag clips, so I could tighten the bolt myself. The technician however proceeded to effect the complete job over the course of 20 minutes. On conferring with the original Service Advisor to pay a potential bill, I was told all was good, no fee owing and to have a fun and safe holiday travelling. For this business to pull a technician from another job to sort my issue on the spur of the moment, was totally unexpected, but absolutely appreciated, to which I cannot praise them enough, especially after two other Ford dealerships happily left me hanging. Well done Parramatta Motor Group, if I lived in Sydney you would have my servicing business. Full credits!
Thank you Shane and staff! I called up over the phone and asked if they could fix a problem with the keys in my new car, they were very prompt and quick in assisting me on the same day. Very nice staff at the front desk as well!
Awesome customer service staff went above and beyond making an appointment was quick and easy a special thanks to sayed and Simon for taking extra time to explain what needed to be done to the vehicle

I got a regular checkup service for Hyundai Motor. Although it took me more than 5 hours to inspect my car, but I want to give my advisor Farid a high score for his kindness. I didn't know much about a car, but he explained it so kindly.

Worst customer service. Always end up getting new issues with my kia car. On top they are rude.
700$ for car service and tyre pressure still showing up one led headlight and one halogen headlight and my car is slow af now just don’t go
Took my Ford in for an engine light, issue was found basically straight away and I was informed right away. Picked my car up the following day all repaired and ready to go. It’s been a month now and everything is running great. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely one of the worst service centres in Australia. Easy to understand why.they have business so they're a rack 'em stack 'em and pack 'em (and jack 'em!) type outfit.they want to maximise receipts for their apprentice mechanics so there's no room for anything else. From top to bottom from reception to mechanics its all lowest possible standards. They have 'business' because their dealer group funnels service here under the illusion "dealer service guarantees warranty". Find someone else to service your car. And the employees would probably welcome less hectic schedule.
It would have been nice to have been given a better time frame. I had to wait around for 2 hours after the time I booked and no apology. A phone call or text message would have been nice.
Excellent customer service, friendly, polite and efficient. Vehicle was fully serviced as per log book and a video was provided to review all major components, brilliant innovation. Overall I was fully impressed and satisfied with my service.

So far so good. Peter was very helpfull with the finance and Soo is a great salesman. Didnt pressure us at all or bad mouth any other dealerships or other car brands
I Would like to say a big thank you to the team at pmg from bookings through to the collection of my car was easy and plessent they had a look at a couple of issues on my vehicle and fixed them quite promptly I would recomend pmg anytime

Made a booking for a service almost a month ago, called up day before as I still didn’t receive a call. When speaking the lady of the phone was rude and said “oh it looks like you booked today” when I stated I have the email with proof of booking, she said we are booked out did you want to reschedule….
Worst customer service ever. Tried lying saying I booked today when I had proof of booking a month in advance, and all about rude attitude. Definatly would use again and have told other jeep owners who use this place to never go back again.
My Service experience was awesome. The team were friendly and supportive. They checked the vehicle thoroughly and finalised this with a wash and clean of my vehicle. I’m quite pleased and will definitely continue to go back and have my vehicle serviced here. Thanks heaps Team for being awesome!
Very unprofessional. I was promised washing and cleaning of car.they called me to tell that car is ready. When i went for pickup it was dirtier than earlier.on asking why it is not cleaned, the lady replied "you have to wait for 90 mins to get the washing done". If it was not washed then why they told that its ready for pickup.
Called parts department 5 times and disconnected 5 times, wrang the other number 8844 4488 that they give while waiting to be connected and those people say they have nothing to do with Parramatta Motor Group.
Excellent service. Service manager Matthew Mears is excellent. Always assist me with any issues I have. I am using PMG service centre since 2014. Very happy. Highly recommend
