I’ve taken my car to them since we bought the Hyundai four years ago and I couldn’t have gone for a better service elsewhere. Their manager, John, leads by example and is an excellent Manager. Their Assistant Service Manager, Matthew MEARS, has always provided EXCELLENT customer service and support. He is a kind, professional and a genuinely great person. His mechanics and service staff also follow his lead and very responsible and trustworthy, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot and hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!

Every time I take my vehicle to this place, my blood pressure goes up from the service I receive. This is what happened on the last two occasions I had my new car serviced there they put a ding in the door.on the second occasion they broke the tail light…When I told them they should not have first year apprentice’s parking vehicles they got upset…Then I lost two days pay to have the car repaired…Then they wanted me to pay for a loan vehicle, and she told me I would have to bring it back with a full tank of fuel and a clean car, that’s when I started to balk, When I told her you were the ones that damaged my vehicle and I am loosing two days pay she didn’t give a hoot. Customer service is not high on their agenda…

I have been getting my car serviced here regularly for last 6-7 years and had overall ok experience. Buy this particular time it was very poor experience and felt was ripped off by this guys. I had my car in for service and rego check. One of (cant remember the name) their staff rang me to inform me to do few things and he also mentioned that all those fix are mandatory for rego check. It seemed like he was trying to pick and trying to find something wrong with my car. He sounded like if I don't agree, rego check will not get done, he kept on adding nearly 5-6 problems. When I went in evening to pick my car I did ask the staff member about the long list of jobs which were carried out and she informed me that only tyre change are essential for rego check other jobs are not mandatory for rego check! But when i mentioned, when I asked your colleague on the phone said something else, she mentioned quickly that it's good that you get these things done as your car needs it after sometime! Simply charges for unnecessary service which is not required and asked for. Ripped off!
Both staff's statements are not matching either.

Took my Kia for its first service and a recall for the clutch, they advised me that it’s a big job and would take the full day, I have no problem. They called me before 5pm that my car is ready to be collected. However when I arrived at the workshop they told me that the recall part for my car have not arrived and they only did a minor service. Would have been nicer if one of the staff could have called me earlier in the day to inform me that a part wasn’t available instead of keeping my car in the workshop for the full day, Anyway….

(Workshop advise me that they will call me regarding the recall part) After a few months after waiting (no one called me from the workshop, bad customer service) I decided to call them back, this time the part have arrived in the workshop. So I quickly made an appointment, which was in 4 weeks. They informed that they need my car for 2 days in the workshop, I have no problem with this as long as I was provided a loan car, which they agreed. Fast forward to today (4 weeks later), arrived for my appointment at the workshop, I got told that I never requested a loan car. I was so disappointed with them as this was the second bad experience I had dealing with Parramatta Motor Group! Sorry but I’ve taken half a day off work just so I could bring the car in, unfortunately the service manager wasn’t on site so there was nothing I could do other than to reschedule (next available booking is next year!).

I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS WORKSHOP! You have just lost a customer!

Thank you to Sayed and your team for the great customer service. I was thrilled to have my car serviced at Parramatta Motor Group Service. They are very professional and knowledgeable and made my car feel like new again! They explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely be taking my car back and recommending them to my family and friends.

Never back again - Wrong diagnose - Change the part - charge the extra - wreck the other part - not accepting their unprofessional repair.
ASKING FOR MORE MONEY TO GET THEIR FAULT REPAIR GET REPLACED!

DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE

Parts manager and management need to take accountability in their discussions with customers. Poorest experiences dealing with this company

I would advise you for your own peace of mind to avoid this place as the workers don’t care about your cars and customer service does not exist. I have had to gone to external complaint just to replace a rubber seal and damages they have done to my car whilst being repaired

The worst possible service you can get. They'll book you in for a day without specifying a time. You will not get any reminders prior to your booking day. No matter what time you take your car, they tell you to collect it at the end of the day. There is no sense of timing, or honoring pre-booked time slots. Its always first come first serve rules. They will make you do rounds for a simple repair. Avoid at all costs!

Update- Today I got the same vehicle repaired at a different service centre within an hour. I got reminder from them a day prior, the timing was pre-determined, and the repair literally took less than an hour. The facilities were better, the staff were more friendly. It was a world apart from the demeaning treatment you get at Parramatta Motor Group. They are simply rude and outdated.

We are a Constrution company based in Peakhurst. Despite the travel distance, we choose to service our cars @ parramatta motor group.
Why? Well let me ask who else noticed the hand drawn smile face on the service sticker? It’s one hell of a young Female mechanics called Jenna who hand draws a smile face on the service sticker above the dash after she completes the car… Jenna, we drive 45min to come and service our cars at parramatta motors just because of that smile face. You should be recognised for your hard work.
“Thank you Jenna for making us smile every time I pick up my car. ”
We also like to thank the service manager John and his service foreman Haz who do take our service experience to a different level. Just as advertised on the call waiting voice message. Today John rang me 3 times during the day to update about the car service. Haz his foreman stayed back an extra 45 min past 5pm to attend to few on going issues that were becoming annoying with my wild track ranger. He did not leave until every item was addressed and in fact fixed on the spot. Thank you Haz for being such a professional! You were not obligated to stay back after working hours and I like to apologise for taking your personal time to inspect and fix somethings Julia (from service team) was 100% adamant that is was not fixable and replacement was not covered by warranty. Not to mention that she told me that the parts will take 3 months to order. I was told by her at some point to take my car elsewhere if I’m not happy!
I wish I could share the same positive feed back about Julia and Monique from the service team…. Sorry to say but these 2 don’t fit in well with this professional team. Still 5 star rating for John, Haz and Jenna. Well done

Service desk team not too bad, wait time for monthly check up front seat cover and back seat cover install took around 3 hours, I was the first car there in the morning and pre booked (March 2022), parts department on the phone are useless

I’ve tried to give this team the benefit of the doubt multiple times on forgetting call backs, unable to view the status of requests for warranty but it appears every time I speak to someone new they either can’t see it on the system or when I go and speak to the same person I spoke to months ago they just don’t remember and I have to re explain myself over 4-5 times in the last 6months

The agent will say they will follow up and get back to me but Shane D didnt, Juliette M didnt and it’s best over 11 months and I’m still apparently waiting for parts with no updates but apparently they said it would take 1-2 months.

I’ve contacted the Automotive Fairtrading to deal with this as these guys are the most unorganised company I’ve ever seen

Avoid this place as management and customer service is horrible

Always good service. Even washed my car. But alow 4 hours to service. You can choose to wait in customer area or come back when they call you.

Having the car from 6 hours for a simple 12 month service they still couldn’t fix a faulty light and asked if I could bring the vehicle back again. They also gave me the keys to the wrong vehicle. And they rung me to check if it’s ok that I don’t get a car wash because they are so busy. Did not make me feel like they valued me as a customer at all.

Needed my Ram 1500 serviced, dealer I bought it from couldn't get booking for 3 weeks and with the kilometers I was about to do would have put it way over the service interval, called PMG and they could get it in the following Friday
Upon drop off I said I had to wait onsite during the service, they did my vehicle 1st and I left 2hrs later
