Honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered online, there was a quick call from the store to make sure my details were safe and to double check what I was purchasing matched my needs, and then the item was shipped and to me in Canberra within 3 days from Friday to Monday. Same with my second purchase, just incredibly fast turnaround compared to the major chains AND in both cases a lower price point. Incredible work, and will happily purchase here again.

Very kind and helpful customer service. I never felt pressured to buy anything and the service was genuine. Very good communication on phone and in person. Store is tidy, well lit, products are displayed clearly with prices indicated on tags. Waiting times for service are not long, there is adequate staff to service walk-in customers.
Purchases from here are fuss free, easy transactions, and most cards are accepted. The online store is also very organised. Highly recommended.

Ordered a fuji xs-10 with 16-80mm over Black Friday. Extremely fast delivery. Website stated 4 business days however delivered in 2.
Very competitive prices as well. Would deal again.

Parramatta cameras by far have been the best experience I've had when it comes to customer service and overall feel good joy I've had throughout the process of my deliveries. They deliver fast, and when I had hickups with one parcel (not their fault). They were quick to contact me and get my package to me in such a fast time. All in all. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for new camera gear to come to these guys. You will not be disappointed!

The staff here are very helpful. They are happy to take the time to help you get the product you need. However, their actual stock levels, sometimes, leave a little to be desired. Especially when it comes to Sony gear. Given that, the Sony store itself, is just a small walk away in the shopping centre.

Regardless, their prices are normally very competitive. I would highly recommend checking them out for most of your camera gear.

Old fashion great customer service. They were more than happy to help with any questions I had. And that was even during lockdown. They were very honest and communication was amazing. Very fast postage and they communicated every step of my sale through to shipping. Thank you for everything. Nice to know the GREAT customer service still exists.

Mark and the team at Parramatta Cameras are fantastic. I had a difficult camera and lens enquiry which they assisted with. They provided stellar customer service and I received my photography package with next day delivery, pack well and in perfect order. I highly recommended this store and their employees. It was, however, confusing that "Camera House" (name of the store front) was also "Parramatta Cameras". So if you ever question yourself if you're at the right store, they're both the same.

On late Monday (after 3.30pm Perth time) I ordered a Sigma 16mm and a Sony a6400. I don't know how it happened but they arrived in Perth on Wednesday morning. Is that magic? The quiet achievers.

Best price for lens I was looking for and fast free shipping, ordered on Thu arrived at my door in Brisbane Fri afternoon.

Knew what I wanted and these guys had the best price. Called to double check it was in stock. No problem. Placed the order. Despatched that afternoon and arrived at my door in Brisbane next day free of charge. Note to all other businesses. That's called customer service. No BS just delivered on what was promised. I so wish I could remember his name he deserves a shout out. Thank you. You now have a new customer.

The shop was good. Friendly staff.
But on a Tuesday just before lunch time Parramatta reminded of the showbag Pavilion at the Eastershow back in the day. From the station to the shop was packed. Like caged animals. So it was a relief to get to the store and it wasn't busy. As it's a specialest hobbyist type store. Note the store had a different name to the online store. I would give 5 stars maybe if it wasn't a covid fest of zombie out side. Esp to the railway station. But having fast service and having to put up with me they get the 4 stars easy.

Always great service, clean store with lots of products on display and big range. However they don't have displays so you'll need to test the items elsewhere and see if you like it before purchasing otherwise a great store for all photography buffs.

Professional staff with attitudes. Wish you have more merchandise equipments available. Photo printing could improve lot by time consuming

Recently visited to pick up a Waterproof camera. Staff were helpful and courteous in helping find the right model and accessories, despite having multiple customers in the store

I visited Parramatta Cameras to buy a camera to shoot videos for YouTube and was helped out by Cameron. He listened to what I wanted to shoot and helped me pick out the perfect setup for what i needed. Would definitely recommend speaking to Cameron when you visit.

To be honest, it is my worst experience in buying a new camera. It is a very complicated task when choosing the right camera. Thus it would require a sales person who can give you enough support to make a confident purchase. When I was there in the shop yesterday, the shop manager happened to be the sales person. I had questions regarding the differences between Canon SX70 and Nikon P950. But he was quite busy with other clients and refused to help me to get some information by searching online with his desktop. I had to do the search with my mobile and It is so difficult to find related information by mobile. I finally decided to buy Canon SX70 as it seems to have better points in one camera comparison website.

This morning, I did a whole morning research and found out Nikon P950 is more suitable in my case. I called him and asked if I can swap to that camera. As there is a camera shop offering $155 cheaper than his price, I asked him if he can match it. He asked me to have a talk in the shop. I had other plan but decided to change my plan to drive to his shop. Then I found out his price is still about $100 more than the other shop. If I decided not to buy Nikon P950 from his shop, I would have to receive the $719 of my Canon camera as shop credit. I did try to offer to leave $200 as shop credit, he simply rejected. Considering $719 is not a small amount, I had to keep Canon SX70 although it is not my best choice.

I am fully aware it is me who bought the camera and then changed my mind. But I am really not happy with the insufficient information provided by him during my purchase. Also if he charges more than the other shop for the P950, he could just let me know of the cost over the phone to save me a drive to the shop. I feel I have been wasting my time and money to buy something that doesn't meet my best expectation.

Anyway, I feel really regretful to buy from his shop. I got much better service in JB Hi-fi when I bought my previous camera.
