Parramatta Cameras

Rude service! I will not go back. I went there to my passport photo taken, there was initially a lady who was kind and friendly and took my photo. When I went back to collect my photo, there was another man on the counter who was rude and it was definitely a bother for him to give me the photos. I am not sure why he needs to be rude and insult people. Behaviour comes above any quality and price of the service. There is no point of visiting a store when they fail to show basic etiquettes. This is first time I faced such behaviour in any store of Parramatta westfield and not looking forward to visiting this place ever again.

"Terrible experience!
I purchased a Zoom H5 recorder, and the website indicated that it includes two editing software downloads. I am aware that these come for free with the Zoom recorder based on my previous purchase experience (not from Digidirect). However, this box had nothing. When I called them to inquire, they told me to download from the website. No knowledge about what they are selling. There should be an activation code!

I was asked to come to the store, return the recorder, and wait at least 2 weeks to investigate why there is no software download code. Digidirect, I paid full price to receive the right product, not to wait more than 2 weeks! The description provided is misleading, and
the manager has ZERO customer service experience. Rude!

Please do not reply to this review with "we will discuss with the team. " That is not going to help. If you are eager to solve the issue, please send me the activation code for the software for which I paid the full amount. "

Needed lens filter for my sony a7iii 55mm and aris was shad helpful. He knows his products really well (bravo enger).

I recently visited digiDirect Parramatta for a special purpose - to have my photo taken for my NZ visa application. The staff was professional and friendly, making the process smooth and easy. The photographer took great care to ensure the photo met all the specific requirements for the visa application. The store was well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for their customers. I was very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend digiDirect Parramatta to others in need of professional photography services.

I bought a camera from the store and used it once, and today I went to the store to return the camera, and their manner was inappropriate. I bought the camera for $1070, and I wanted to return the camera, and they gave me only $200 of money. There were two men and a woman, and they were disrespectful in the manner of speaking.

Service here is really great, i really appreciate the help and advice when getting my photos printed! I felt really appreciated when they helped fix my image for my uni assessment. Highly recommend going to this store. The wait isn’t long as well!

They very customer friendly and explain you the process for self print kiosks. Also good in guiding on photos, prints and electronics. Good service

Probably the best retail experience I've ever had, thanks to Dominic. His product advice, willingness to show me the ins and outs of different lenses, and enthusiasm for the craft of photography was hugely important in helping this amateur photographer work out which way was up, guiding a purchase of which I couldn't be happier - thanks guys, I'll be back.

I'm always grateful for the guys at digiDirect Parramatta. They have been amazing to me for a long period of time and I only buy my camera from these guys. 10/10

I’ve been developing my film photos at this shop for a few months now, close to a year & they have excellent customer service! The friendliest people and my film gets developed, scanned and sent to me within a week max and minimum a day! I had to develop 4 different rolls of film yesterday & they got it done within a day! Super fast and efficient, these guys are the best.

The team at digiDirect Parramatta were AWESOME. I needed to purchase a full kit urgently and they made it easy. I even drove from Canberra to the Parramatta store to pick it all up. There were 1 or 2 things i ordered online and they were delivered within 3 business days. I can't wait to go back again.

Quite often the cheapest option and the two recent Click and Collect's I've done at Parramatta have been quick and friendly.

Without a doubt one of the best places to go for all your camera needs and services. The management are absolute legends when it comes to customer service and assistance and will ensure that your 110% satisfied before making your purchase. Cameron the manager and the other staff members like Paul take their time with their customers and the attention to detail as well as knowledge is what brings me back every time. Would recommend anyone even basic beginners to go to Digidirect Parramatta for all camera needs. Keep up the good work lads.

I bought a lense because it was cheap. Store manager (Mark Saade) is useless and can't reply to emails for days. Next time I'll just pay a bit more.

Website says "express post", package was sent as "standard post". Misleading. Be aware of this if you are expecting express postage from this business. They don't always send express, I'm not sure why, perhaps to save a buck.

Felt happy and warm about their customer service. Chris was accomodating and helpful from chatting with me online to actually purchasing my Fujifilm X100V in store. He also shared a few tips which gave me the impression that he’s passionate about what he’s doing.

Bonus points for having the camera in stock as with other retailers we had to wait for 3-4 weeks.
