I am writing this review to express my appreciation to Parish Patience lawyers group especially with the assistance of Mr Thong Nguyen and Ms Marlene Roncal who have assisted me with my partner visa from visa 820 to visa 801. With the dedication and professional services of Thong and Marlene, both of my visa went smooth as silk. We never had to wait long for the grant of any visa, no additional complicated requirements from the immigration as Mr Thong and Ms Marlene always make sure we have everything right in the first place.

We received our 189 grant notification after 2 years of long waiting. Our case definitely had got some issues. Five different case officers contacted us for different documents at different times. I applied my wife’s residency through Parish Patience where i have liaised with First Usman Ali, Aneri and main lawyer Mahalingam Sutharshan (Shan). Due to some complications and Covid my case took bit more time than usual but outcome was positive. Parish Patience Immigration Lawyers, specifically Ali Charif, recently helped me through the visa 482 process. He made it stress free and explained everything thoroughly. I am elated to say that the visa was also successful and granted! Thank you for all your help again.

Mixed feelings about this firm. Initially they were great. Very responsive. Things changed over the course of the 18 months my wife's visa was processing. Responses became slower at times having to follow up. When moved address they asked us to change this ourselves but we had no access to our IMMI account. In questioning this they had a secretary complete this. At times it was clear they used templates used with other clients and copy and pasted. This was evidenced by using another clients name instead of my wife's name in some emails. I felt that as time passed there was a loss of interest in our case with the type of template responses given. I do thank PPI for the successful application of our 820. When the visa was successful, they emailed us with a bill for additional work and that they would be withholding our visa grant until paid. I disputed this successfully and Blair was very professional and understanding to deal with. I was most upset with the fact they used the withholding of our visa grant document in order to attempt to get additional money from us that went against our contract. This was apparently a mistake due to another template being used and Blair did offer an apology. Although PPI were successful in our case, I would have hesitations about using them again for the reasons mentioned.
