Stay away from this company. They still live in 18th century and do not believe nowadays you can find people online and family members can be mutual friends with your ex's friends. No matter how much you try to make them understand they just don't want to understand which makes me question why did they take the case in the first place? Was it just a quick money making scheme that lets take the case and after we waste the clients time we say we can't do the case? That is exactly what they done, they took the case wasted weeks and then said they cant represent. They will deduct $300 and return the rest of the money. When a client tells you their case and swears under oath you are supposed to believe them but these lawyers are unbelievable and have no knowledge. I would give them 0 star if there was the option!

Very frustrating experience. The receptionist will only say that the migration agent will give you a call today or the day after. However, nobody respended to me in last 4 months. I sent an email to the migration agent directly on December and as expected, no response yet! The receptionist doesn't know anything and is not helpful at sll and the migration agents are not supportive in any way.

Alasdair Dougall who is the Director and Senior Immigration Lawyer at PP was my point of contact. From the beginning, Alasdair was extremely professional and helpful with the range of advice provided and the clarity with next steps. After applying for my partner visa (on shore) earlier this year, I was granted it in record time within a few months, in the midst of a global pandemic. Alasdair provided detailed guidance on filling the different forms, writing our relationship statements, securing support material and navigating the tougher bureaucratic aspects of the process such as quick ways to turnaround international police clearances and ways to capture interactions with your partner for proof of relationship. He also responded practically instantly to any queries, and provided the assurance necessary whilst we were waiting.

When I do become eligible for the permanent residency, I will certainly be hiring his services again.
