Paramount Coffee Project

Be sure to arrive early as this place fills up pretty quick and you'll be left waiting! Had the chicken waffle and chowder, both delicious in their own ways. The syrup in the waffle was amazing while the chowder was the perfect balance of flavours. I would easily recommend both dishes.

I went there for breakfast and didn't have a good experience. The large outdoor table concept is great unless you are placed between groups/couples; the staff should be mindful of that. The outdoor stools are tiny and incredibly uncomfortable. The items on the menu don't list all ingredients so make sure you ask what else is in the dish (I ordered the avocado smash and had to pick out all the diced capsicum). Lastly, it's pricey, so overall I didn't get good value for money.

Couldn’t be happier. If I could give it 6, I probably would. The BKE roll was next level. Best I have had. Get it with the avocado.
We also had the crumbed eggs. So great.
Coffee was delicious. Nothing more to add. Go here.
That said, get there early. It gets busy AF.

I was there on a Wednesday morning. Service was great an quick. Latte was delicious, however food was slightly overpriced and average. The biggest downside for me was the lack of wifi, but I guess to meet up with friends it is good choice.

The flat white wasn't that great. I think it might have been a single shot, so couldn't taste anything that interesting in the beans.

Super disappointed that such a nice space would have servers who continually pressure you to get food when you had walked in stating you'd explicitly wanted coffee. The additional star is purely for space design.

I would have been perfectly fine if they had said they only served people who ordered food at 1: 30 or said the coffee only seats were taken.

Love their menu! Different options than your typical brunch spot - and everything tastes delicious. Great multifunctional space shared with a funky retail store.

The bibi was alright, but the fried chicken burger was particularly disappointing. The coffee also made me sad.
Pretty place tho, and same for the plating to a certain degree. I would say go ahead if you need a photo op.

Excellent coffee and excellent food. The service is also very good. I had numerous coffees all perfectly made as well as their fried chicken burger. The chicken was succulent and crispy in all the right places. The bun was also sturdy and soft. All in all a fantastic experience.

Sensational coffee, multiple choices and varieties with several milk options. The menu is fantastic and some nice twists on classic breakfast food. Absolutely delicious, go here please!
