PACK & SEND Tweed Heads

Amazing service, kind and professional. I shipped an artwork to a customer through pack and send and I had a very happy retrieving customer. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. This will certainly be my go to courier from now on!

Had to send some wheels to NZ and after trying to get information from FedEx and DHL directly, talking with Liz at Pack & Send reminded me what customer service was. Other companies put me through to a large overseas call centres or online chat bots who asked for all sorts of irrelevant information. Liz was friendly, quick and courteous on the phone and even more so inperso AND.ber prices were far lower. NZ customs took their time with the items but Pack & Send did not - they were fantastic! Ironically enough it was FedEx/TNT that delivered for them and we paid less for their service through Pack & Send than we would have directly!

I have used this service twice now and both times the lady that served me from the tweed office was so helpful and friendly. She knows her stuff and gets the parcel organised quickly. Will definitely use the service again when I need to send a package.
