Andrina and her team did a fantastic job at facilitating the shipping of some music equipment from Tweed Heads to Homebush depot. The depot to depot option is a great option that she offered and the packages were packed perfectly.

Superb service from the team at Tweed Heads, especially Andrina, over a a few months as I waited for an art exhibition to end before they could send my painting. They took care of all the arrangements, liaising with staff and collecting it from the gallery, packing it and sending it promptly once the exhibition ended. Highly recommend them. My painting arrived this morning wrapped very securely and in perfect condition.

Expensive painting expertly packed (were recommended to us by Tweed Heads Gallery) fast delivery, and absolutely top notch communication and support from Andrina at Pack and Send. Professional, friendly, and extremely helpful - and a great communicator. We were organiisng the transfer remotely interstate and she was key player.

The new owners of this store were very helpful in repacking my goods and in determining the most economical way for delivery betwen Tweed Heads and Melbourne. All packages were received on time and without any problems. I havent yet opened the boxes, but they appear undamaged. I would recommend their service.

I needed to send an e-bike from northern NSW to rural Victoria. I explored every possible option but I found that the guys at Pack&Send Tweed Heads offered the best price, with insurance cover. Plus, really lovely and courteous people to deal with. They followed through on every aspect of the pick-up and delivery, ahead of schedule. A well deserved five stars from this satisfied customer!

Liz was beyond helpful, so kind, and very prompt in her responses. I had trouble shipping a large package to PNG and had the run around with all other major shipping companies. Package was delivered safely and very quick. 10/10 would go back and 10/10 would recommend!

They are so friendly, easy to talk to and helpful with how to pack and box articles safely also when the article would arrived with tracking number as well. I definitely recomend them to deliver your parcels intact and on time.
