As someone who is helping out my very close overseas girlfriend in the Philippines during difficult times, this service is very helpful with the staff Khaja giving me advice on what goods are permitted to be shipped into the nation's particular office, all shipped in time. Its totally worth it, informative and worth a shot for situations like mine.

I am very happy with their service. The courier was delivered before expected delivery date. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, answered all my queries. I would definitely recommend them for sending parcels locally and internationally.

The team at Pack & Send Surry Hills were phenomenal. Khaja in particular was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I had them ship my personal belongings interstate and didn’t mind paying a bit more to ensure my belongings were in safe hands. The overall experience is magnificent, my luggage arrived in Melbourne from Sydney in 24 hours, with a low cost. I got a monitor and a foldable mattress which I didn't know how to pack - and they packed it for me with low charge. I would like to say thank you to Khaja, who always provides timely support with a big smile and 100% professionalism. I have recommended the service to several friends.

Really impressed with this company's service. Needed to send a fragile 3kg item from Sydney to the UK (remotely) and they managed everything quickly and with real care. I needed very rare motorbike fairings (plastics) transported from Sydney to Perth Australia. It took me months to hunt down these parts as they are the first to be broken from crashes or if the motorbike is pushed over. I was extremely lucky to find these after months of searching. I was nervous to send my items through post since I used to work for the post and know how they are handled and although most of us care it takes the 1% of lazy people who don’t that can leave your item damaged. The biggest problem I saw when working was insufficient packaging generally by customers them selves that lack knowledge on how much manual handling and the type of loading the package may go through. Although there is always insurance these particular items could not be replaced. I expressed this to Surrey hills Pack&send and they went above and beyond for me! They were patient and listened to my anxious waffling on for 30 minutes on how well it needs to be packed and that I can’t replace them. They gave me plenty of options and advice. I asked them to send a photo when packaged and they did. When I received the goods I was over the moon with packaging quality and care they took. I could not fault anything from good communication to quality and care for packaging. Money well worth it and there’s no better feeling then taking the bike out for a spin after being able to finally restore it again! Honestly thanks guys, happy days!

David and the Team were absolutly outstanding for the 3 weeks we used their service. It was a double pick up between two stores and busy docks, nothing was too hard for Pack & send, if we needed adhoc service during the 3 weeks they were more than accommodating. The personalised service was a special touch, ensuring wenhad recieved everything on time and that the stock was on show in time for our store trade.

Even though I’m in quarantine at a hotel in Sydney, Khaja at Surry Hills Pack & Send was really helpful so I could complete everything necessary to send my packages via email and phone. I was happy with the service I received and would recommend them.
