Amazing service! Highly recommended for any of your courier needs! I had a very heavy, valuable marble sculpture that needed to be wrapped and transported. David was incredible, taking such care to wrap the sculpture with layer upon layer of protective foam, bubble wrap and additional packing protection and securing it to a pallet for extra protection during transportation. He kept me informed along the way of the package’s progress and arranged for it to be delivered to the Pack & Send in South Yarra, where they similarly provided a great service - helping me get the very large & heavy package into my car. From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience.

Great shipping service to Singapore. David and team are very friendly and helpful. They ensured to pack all boxes compactly to minimise shipping costs and protect fragile items with bubble wrap, etc. Definitely recommend!

I received my shipment of 2 extremely rare and very large, and very heavy Martin Logan Electrostatic Speakers via a Queensland based vendor this afternoon.
This personification of "delicate and difficult" freight was handled with extreme care, great consideration and excellent communication at all stages in their journey to their new home in metropolitan Sydney.

PACK & SEND Surry Hills has done an amazing job to deliver my personal belonging from Sydney to Adelaide, in just less than two days right before Christmas. I am extremely happy with the service, and I would definitely recommend that.

I had an oversized and over weight package I needed to send to a mate in Tasmania.
I couldn't find anyone over the Christmas season to help me with this until Pack & Send Surry Hills responded to an email I sent them.
Their courier collected the item within 60min and it was delivered in Tasmania 3 days later.

I was very happy with my experience at PACK & SEND Surry Hills! I needed to ship some belongings to Western Australia between Christmas and New Year and was very pleased that the store was open during this period as we were having to move house in a short timeframe. It was a remarkably stress free experience for us. We just showed up with the boxes and within 15 minutes we'd paid and left them in their hands! David was friendly and knowledgeable and it was a relief to know they were on their way.
