Really great service! I had an oversized, extremely difficult and very unique life-sized statue/prop to send to a shop in QLD. I had contacted other delivery services who couldn't or wouldn't help me. Pack and Send Penrith took on the job with complete ease! They got back to me with a quote within a few days of receiving all the information they needed for an accurate quote, and they even picked up my item from my home so I didn't have to figure out how to get it to their warehouse. Our item was packaged incredibly well, and it arrived at the destination in tact and extremely quickly!

So impressed. Super easy to arrange, reasonably priced and package only took 1 day from Sydney to Brisbane. Would definitely use again.

I am so happy that Penrith has a pack and send branch. I started using pack and send because Aus Post messed up with one of my deliveries and there were no duty of care from Aus. Post. Once I check the pack and send prices online, I realized they are cheaper than Aus. Post. Since then, I have sent multiple packages locally and overseas, every time the parcel arrived within given timeframe, sent with insurance for very reasonable price. Once you consider price and quality of service, this is a fantastic deal.

Pack and Send Penrith are amazing. I posted a parcel to Spain on December 23 and it arrived on December 28! I would highly recommend them. Lovely people to deal with as well and ver professional.

I sometimes buy musical instruments from interstate on Gumtree or FB marketplace - I have found that the easiest and best way to get them couriered to me is to have the seller drop the item off at Pack and Send - Pack and Send have always facilitated this with professional service and very good packing. Delivery was quick too. 10/10

Michael and his team are superstars, we recently had to ship an expensive item to Switzerland, and they took care of the entire process, from advising the best courier, to arranging insurance, tracking, secure packaging etc.
