PACK & SEND Penrith

I've now used Pack and Send Penrith twice and extremely good customer service and parcel care door to door. Will recommend to anyone in the region to give them a go.

Great service. Very helpful staff. Have used these guys before and they always safely delivered all our items.

I must say the service was excellent and staff terrific. But $370 for 3 medium sized boxes Syd Depot -> Road -> Perth depot was a shock. I wish I had shopped around.

We dropped off a heavy parcel on Friday afternoon in Penrith and it was delivered to Condell Park on Monday. The staff members were helpful and friendly. Very happy with the service.

Only wish I could give 6 stars. Needed to send some artwork to Brazil. I dealt with Rochelle and from the moment I walked in the door her approach was friendly, professional, helpful and informative. She explained the entire process and looked at ways to save me some money. She informed me about the possibility of taxes and fees once in Brazil. I was impressed that Pack and Send actually do also track the shipment. Everything arrived intact and on time, in fact 2 days ahead of schedule. Actually took 7 days for delivery to Brazil. The shipment was packed extremely well with all the care taken to protect the shipment. Very happy customer, would highly recommend Pack and Send Penrith and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Was struggling to find a way to send a painting safely to regional NSW and came across Pack N Send. The ladies couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely and took care of the whole process. Will definitely use this place again!

Had used Pack&Send before. So needed to send a package from Sydney to Mt Maunganui NZ so went back again. Package at Penrith on Monday and my son in NZ confirms delivery Thursday morning. Geat service, you can see why I came back.

It turns out that all the positive reviews I’d read here before approaching the shopfront, were right on the money! Jade sorted out the package I needed to shift and it went from Penrith to Merimbula (far south coast of NSW) in less than 24 hours. I’m impressed!

I bought a thing on FB marketplace - the seller dropped it off to Pack and Send, who packed it in a cardboard box with bubble wrap and those packing cheezels, and sent it off with TNT incl.insurance. It arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. Thank you P&S Penrith!

What a brilliant service! We had a very delicate and oddly shaped, acrylic sculpture which we needed to pack and send to Hobart from Sydney. Michael was amazing! He called me and discussed in detail how he would pack it. I was nervous but his confidence gave me confidence - and it was well deserved. It arrived safe and sound. Rochelle was also great!
