Shankar and the team were very professional and helpful in shipping some boxes and other items overseas. However, the same cannot be said for the companies used by Pack and Send once they leave the business, i.e. TNT and QANTAS. One of our boxes was split and wasn't repaired, so when it arrived the contents were nearly spilling out, and I am not sure what the Fragile stickers mean to handlers, I think they are merely box decorations, not one of our boxes arrived without either crushing damage or holes, even though every box was labelled fragile.

I had a bicycle packed and shipped to me. It was an interstate delivery and it was easy and quick. Great service!

I recently had to send some naturopathic medicine to New York City. It had to be there quickly and it had to be keep cool in transit. Castle Hill Pack&Send were very helpful in taking on the challenge and delivering to promise. Highly recommended!

I am quite disappointed with my experience at both ends.
I am not sure if I will use your service in future any time. If I knew about your process, charges and DHL service I would have used the post office boxes even if I had to send them in boxes.

Few things that are positive
1) Carton/Box packing.
2) Luggage reached safe without any damage.

Negative feedback
1) Having already paid so much in Sydney when sending - Ridiculous Charges in India including warehouse charges by DHL not acceptable. (For your information I have sent large packages through Australia Post and Indian Post previously I have never paid anything at the receiving end)
2) Inconvenience of having to go to customs personally myself and wait there for clearance for 2+ hours is again unacceptable. (Again I have never done this with post office)
3) Not enough information about when sending about the above. There's no clarity in the process and charges at both ends. DHL says charges are from customs including warehouse charges for no fault of mine. If that's the case then should have been explained properly when sending and post office would have charged me as well. Same with customs clearance.
4) I sent my luggage through courier for convenience but that's not what I received.

I hope you will make necessary changes to your process in future.

Absolutely fabulous service from the onset. Polite and helpful over the phone and then, when I went in person to drop off package, was so impressed with speed, efficiency and how helpful they were in finding out customs information for me. The package was delivered from Castle Hill to Romania in less than 3 days and was tracked every step of the way. Definitely recommend them!

I would like to let you know that everything arrived in perfect condition, amazingly packed.

Janet and Dimitri were extremely helpful in explaining the process to send our bags overseas. The price was very competitive and the bags arrived in good time. I was given a tracking number which allowed me to see where the bags were during transit. I would highly recommend using Pack and Send Castle Hill.

When I had questions, the people I asked were more than happy to help and actually gave me useful answers. It was all packed super quickly and sent even quicker. I was told that it would arrive at the earliest, in 3 days and it arrived in less than 24 hours after it was sent. I am beyond impressed with the lovely man who helped me with this whole process. I wanted to send a parcel to South Africa which is always a risk when using the regular parcel service. Janet at Pack & Send responded to my enquiry immediately and Dimitri organised the despatch. The package was tracked all the way to its destination in Johannesburg without a problem. I recommend them highly.
