I sent a pack of documents to Switzerland, I was told it would take a week, it arrived in a week, the tracking was first rate. I would certainly recommend this company

I used PACK & SEND Castle Hills three times: 2 for an international delivery and one to another city. All went really well, in due time and I was always able to track the shipments. Reception also with very kind people! Well done and also very helpful when dealing with international couriers.

Great service - dropped in with nearly 200kg of stuff in boxes to ship across the country - no problems - everything was perfect.

Used Pack and Send Castle Hill for sending a chest of drawers from Castle Hill to an aged care home in Garfield Vic. The Pack and Send staff picked up the item from my residence and within a few days the item was on its way. I was given tracking information for the delivery and the item was delivered on the day that was advised. The courier even used his trolley to take the item to my mothers room at the facility. I would certainly recommend using their services.

Charged me $200+ and 2 days later the parcel got picked up by CouriersPlease. When I contacted CouriersPlease, they confirmed that the shipping with insurance would have cost $43 not $200+. When I called Pack and send Castle Hill to ask for explanation they the store staff simply said that it is up to them to choose which courier to use. If you want to be ripped off, probably this is the place to go.

Your PACK & SEND courier delivery service has left me incredibly impressed. Everything about the process was smooth and effective from beginning to end. My delivery status was promptly updated, and the communication was excellent. Package delivered within time frame given.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. They gave me tracking IDs that just seemed like random numbers. I had no idea where my packages were throughout the whole process and the worse part is that neither did they. I was disappointed when they assumed zero responsibility for their actions. One of my boxes was sent to a different location and it was only because someone I knew received it that I knew where it was. They had no idea where my box was and refused to believe me. When they sent someone to retrieve the lost box, they had not communicated with them that it was a mistake on their end so the delivery guy kept asking for documents that my friend obviously did not have. Then I was sent a fresh tracking ID. I continued to call them and track the package because it hadn't moved in three days. It was only when my building manager informed me that I had received a box in the mail did I realise it had been delivered. The tracking ID on the delivered package still showed that the package was in a completely different state! Again, this was the worst service ever. They did not assume an ou ce of responsibility, had no idea what they were doing and clearly gave me a random number "tracking ID". I'm not the kind of person to ever post negative reviews as I understand how it can affect businesses but I would like my story to be a cauntionary tale for future customers. It is astonishing how little they know about the third party they deal with and how little knowledge and control they have over the packages once they leave their store.
If I could leave this place negative stars, I would.

Good rates and great service.you will get quote in no time and a representative will contact you soon to answer and query. The package delivery was from Sydney to Brisbane. I selected door to door service and the items were delivered within the given time. All the belongings arrived safely.
The initial quote will be recalculated once the parcel is in their premises. In my case the dimensions were different as per their team, although I did measure them myself carefully, but it did not impact the rates much so I went ahead with them. I appreciate, if they could send graphical representation of the dimensions taken by your team to the customer so we know how it was re-measured.

Excellent service provided to us by Pack & Send. Our parcel was received by the recipient ahead of schedule. Instead of 5 business days as we thought, it was delivered within 3 business days. We're impressed with the very friendly and helpful reception accorded to us by Kavita. I will always avail of their services and advocate others to do the same.

Very happy with the service, cost and fast delivery! I had to send important documents to overseas and had quoted from different provider - all other providers are much more expensive, limited location & far away shipping point and some can't deliver in less than 10 days. Some other service don't even have a phone number I can contact easily, so hard to even get a quote. I found Pack and Send Castle Hill, called them up and had the quote, it's a very reasonable price and they said it'll be delivered in 5-7 working days which is fair. I decided to have a go and send the document via Pack and send - it arrived in 3 working days! Excellent service!

I recently had to ship some equipment overseas. After reading rave reviews online I decided to go with Pack & Send Castle Hill and I’m glad I did. The guys and girls at P&S Castle Hill are friendly and helpful. The rate they quoted me was very fair. They kept me updated through out the whole process and they made sure the delivery was trouble free!
