The service I received was nothing but the best, the person who served us went above and beyond with his customer service to make sure everything was right and done properly to ensure my package was packed properly. He assisted me with moving to my car and overall was a very friendly person to talk.

Australia post refused to take my package at 5pm on a Monday! I needed it sent from sydney to Queensland for Wednesday: -/ Pack and Send Botany came to the rescue and got it road express up to Queensland that night.it was delivered the next day! Awesome work guys thank you so much)

Best value I found that ships the fastest. Austpost would have taken up to 20 days due to covid, while fedex and DHL cost is almost double in price! Jake was very professional, and packed my item quite nicely. Package arrived only a 3 days to Michigan! Thank you!
