PACK & SEND Botany

I am reposting this review after reading all the glowing reviews. How lucky were these people? I was recommended to them and have sent emails, messages and voicemails to their various numbers and addresses and have NOT had a single reply.l have done lots of business over my (long) life and have never been treated so disrespectfully EVER!
They requested measurements, weight etc and even though l gave them that, their response was complete silence. How are they in business, treating a customer so badly? I'll answer that in one word. DISCRACEFUL!

Had to organise my own delivery for a tv from Sydney and Ed from Pack & Send Botany was absolutely awesome! Extremely helpful and professional throughout the process and super quick delivery time also! What more could you need in a delivery company! If you need something delivered give Ed a call and get it done!

Useless. Do NOT get your packages directed here for click n collect. Arrived 44 minutes before closing time. Nobody there. Phone not answered. Tried again next day in the morning, still closed when the sign says it would be open. Phone not answered. One star because I can't give zero.

5 star plus,
Picked up from Sydney airport lost and found Tuesday afternoon and delivered to my door on the mid north coast, before 9 am Wednesday.
Can't beat that!

Ed and his team were amazing, from answering questions to helping me pack and ship my stuff, I thoroughly enjoyed the process! And the price is very reasonable! I would very much like to recommend it to my friends! Thanks a lot Ed

This pack and send has an inability to have anyone at the shop (even when it states its open), including one young male often leaving 3 hours before closing and when there sitting on his phone out back. (4 times this has occured).

In shock this business is still afloat, the worst pack and send in Sydney. Period.

Excellent customer service, good advice, and they ship what others don't. The oversize parcel I was sending took only 2 days from NSW to Qld.

The packaging for my artwork was definitely up to scratch. And was delivered 700kms away to rural nsw in less than 24 hours. Great company

Ed and his team were awesome and I highly recommend their service. He could have charged more but - thanks to his integrity- they fit the items into the appropriate sized box and met the amount in the online quote. I’d definitely use them again!

Linda was terrific throughout. Very professional service. I’d say they are the best courier service I’ve used to date. There are cheaper couriers out there but they will not be as reliable, caring or as professional as Pack & Send
