Natali and Eli are genuinely amazing humans. I work at a small charity and needed to send some items for work. Natali and Eli were incredible: helpful, compassionate, generous and caring. They both went out of their way to assist me with sending the items within my limited budget. In addition to the caring and attentive service, the items arrived on time and undamaged. I strongly encourage individuals and businesses to support Pack & Send Bondi Junction, as I will. Thank you on behalf of the Options team!

Gobsmacked at my short and certainly not sweet experience with this business! Not even having set foot in the door, I was "greeted" with the evil eye, spoken to rudely and literally growled at. Never in my life have I encountered such an unprofessional business-woman. Rude, arrogant and hideous behaviour! Let's just say I high-tailed it out of there and would never contemplate conducting my business with this owner/company under any circumstances. Shocking and abhorrent way to conduct one's business! Disgraceful!

The guy in the store was very rude. Having had a bike bag plastic wrapped in another Pack and Send store, i asked if he could do the same. He said only if I send it with them. Enquiring further, i explained we had done this before and asked isnt plastic wrapping a service Pack and Send provide? He said not here, quite rudely, and i must send with them too. Realising i was wasting my time, i left and rang another Pack and Send and they said of course we do this, come in and we will help you. It took them 5 min and i paid for it.

This guy at Bondi Junction is just a d*$k. Doesnt deserve to be in business if that's how he treats people and potential customers. Havnt you heard of word of mouth?

I booked a over night pickup nether received it after 1 week. I made inquiries they told me the driver wasn’t responding to them so after all that I told them don’t bother just do a refund. Much disappointment

Genuinely great human beings. Natalie and Eli are always going above and beyond for our odd requests and changes of plan. There's a reason why I only trust these guys to take care of our shipping. They do it fast and they do it right.

Rang for a simple enquiry and was treated extremely poorly by a rude, unhelpful individual. My advice to all would be to go through another courier agency.

Really bad service. I entered to buy a box to sent some personal items overseas with another company and they started inquiring me about the purpose of the box, the destination and the quote I had for it. I tried to explain to them I was not interested in their services and even then they were still asking more questions and telling me that my quote was not possible. I asked for an invoice of the box and the guy said in little voice something like "an invoice for only a box. " while turning his eyes. So sad that instead of just giving what I asked they judge you. No idea about how they treat the shipments, but I will not recommend them simply because how they treat a potential client.

Over crowded front room, disgusting, arrogant staff.

Fantastic experience with genuinely lovely people! Husband and wife team with a fab daughter who were SUCH a delight to deal with, I ended up staying in the store far longer than anticipated! We paid a lot of money for Pack & Send Bondi Junction to send our 21kg package from Sydney to the UK. The process of this went well and they advised us on everything, until the package went missing even though it was tracked. After a very long process of going back and forth from Pack & Send and UPS (the most awful company) we received a very low standard of Customer service and lack of help with what the next step would be. It has been nothing but frustration and a huge loss of money for us. We will never get our belongings back or any money whatsoever. We will never use this company again.

Received my suitcase today from this store. The bag was severely damaged. I explained to the store I understood the damage was not their fault and that of the delivery company, I was shocked by the damage and I looked for advice for the next step to take. I was met only with rudeness and they were completely un helpful. Due to this I would not recommend this store.

Eli and his wife are by far THE BEST people around! They have done so much to help our production get everything we need and so open to change! I can trust them everytime to get our packages to Victoria safe and sound! Don't even question it - these are your delivery people!
