I frequently send large, fragile items interstate. My items have always arrive incredibly well packaged - I am amazed at the attention to detail. I have never had any issues - highly recommend Pack & Send at Bondi Junction!

I had an excellent experience with Pack & Send Bondi Junction. I had to ship an urgent consignment within a strict delivery timeline. Pack & Send was very prompt at collecting the package, shipping it in time and having it delivered well within the deadline. I would avail their service again in the future when needed.

Daniel and the team were so helpful: they received an item at their store, packed it beautifully, held it for few days, and then forwarded it to a chosen address so I could collect it on a date when I was passing through the neighbourhood.

It is supposed to be open till 12 noon on Saturday but it's shut and no this answering the phone either.

I needed a package to be delivered and dealt with Jonathan who was very helpful and assisted me with a professional manner. I did it all over the phone in 5 minutes and he collected the package on time. I highly recommend Jonathan and Pack & Send to anyone

I live in Port Stephens and I chose Bondi because I found the Newcastle Pack and Send very rude and overpriced. Eli was extremely helpful, charming and reasonable with pricing. He also speaks Spanish! I would thoroughly recommend Bondi Junction Pack & Send.

Terrible customer service and a rip off. I regret the time wasted waiting on this company to respond to my calls and emails, and wouldn't trust them with an expensive item. TNT Express picked up the item instantly at a fraction of the cost with no problems.

Same as others reviews. Rude guy to welcome you.walk in and be ignored. Stuff staying talk on their own language with another customer looking to you and don't bother to help. Girl inside the stuff room eating and watching while you wait. A bit of customer service training will help.

5 star service and the shipping advice they gave me to save money and yet get my parcels shipped safely, quickly both overseas and interstate. Highly recommend!

Wanted to drop off a document to send overseas and deliberately came in to enquire best way to do that - all I got was bad attitude, zero help/suggestion and was ignored - had to ask several times to get any answers (basically reminiscent of typical Israeli service). Would not recommended - by contrast the Botany pack & send was really helpful.

I've sent my massive packages with this marvellous guy, Eli, with a very reasonable price. He is very decent, responsive and always there for helping you.

I really found helpful hands on my deliveries to overseas. I had very bad experiences with other post services, you just can't talk to anyone after you have paid. But it is totally different with Eli and Natalie, they are so professional and responsible to your orders and needs. I am free of worries with my deliveries to my friends and working partners.

I spoke over the phone and Eli seemed very lovely. Initial quote was $140 for a small item from Sydney to Melbourne. When the invoice came through and I provided further information he increased by $100. He phoned the next day and explained the reason why. I accepted the increase. He collected my item from the auction house and was to post to Melbourne and he then sent through another email with an invoice increasing an additional $100 more $340. Which is over $100 more than anyone else I had enquired. Now my expensive item is with this company than cannot be trusted. Will be seeking legal advice.

Eli and his team at Pack & Send Bondi Junction were incredibly friednly, helpful and thorough. He personally went to collect the item and kept me informed throughout. I couldnt recommend their services more highly.

After an online booking with warranty and packed in original manufacturer boxes used for shipping worldwide, they refused to take items. Would not even make helpful suggestions when I asked what it would take to add additional packing material and get them sent. Clearly did not want to take the risk of the warranty value. Poor customer service. The team at Pack & Send Kings Cross were fantastic as was head office about the issue and had no problem shipping my items. Avoid this location only, not Pack & Send as a whole.

"Horrendously expensive to send a small parcel from Bondi Junction to Perth yet costs half as much to send a parcel 10 times bigger from Perth to Vaucluse. How is this possible? Makes no sense at all! Seems to be a bit of a scam

Very good customer service. The man in the shop paid close attention to what I needed and helped me as much as he could. Very patient and friendly. Would recommend.
