This is my first time using Pack & Send. I contacted the Balmain office and spoke with Des to ship a foldable pool table to Vancouver. The shipment is currently in progress, however I felt that it is necessary to give Des and his team recognition for their professional service so far given they simplified any complexity. They are hands down a business that aims to create logistics solutions, not problems I look forward to dealing with them again!

Recently I purchased some fragile items in Sydney which I needed to have shipped to Melbourne. I didn’t know how to go about it and was advised to try Pack and Send. Wow I am super impressed with the service from Pack & Send Balmain. We had a huge framed memorial rugby jumper to send Sydney to Singapore - an unwieldy weight and size - I was going to have it packed to take with us on plane but Des suggested I sent it freight, which, when I checked with the airline, was a much better option. With one phone all and an email Des took care of everything from packing to sending and keeping me updated with the shipment. He was kind and generous with all my silly questions and nothing was too much trouble - I would not hesitate to recommend him and his business for any pack and send requirements - it was a pleasure working with him and I will be using him again in the future.
