I read all the bad reviews but proceeded with them anyway due to price, my mistake. Pay cheap, pay twice. Unfortunately they aren't what they seem. They don't reimburse all fees. You will pay fees and they won't tell you about them prior! As soon as my loan settled, and while the RBA rate was dropping, I received a letter stating my loan rate was going up, John told me bad luck. Later I wanted my home valued so I could look into getting another home, John convinced me to refinance as he told me it was free and I'd get a lower rate while also getting my house valued. I was wary from my previous experience so I got it in writing that all costs were covered. When I received the contract to refinance, it had a heap of fees, so I got it in writing again from John that they would cover the fees, guess what, I received over $1k of fees that they wouldn't refund. I had to argue with them and only when I told them I'd take it to the ombudsmen, they agreed to cover half the fees, I was still out of pocket and never received a valuation. They also changed my offset account to a redraw, John told me it was the same thing, a year later I found out that it's not the same and has serious tax implications, I tried to change it to an offset, paid the money, 7 weeks later still no offset and they wanted more money. I told myself that as soon as I can get out, I will.
I have now changed to a reputable bank at a slightly higher rate.
You don't want the problems, cost and constant worry about such a large financial life decision.
Never ever again! Stay away!

I refinanced my mortgage with PMG last year,
John was highly professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. He gave me a very low rate which was considerably lower than what I was paying & my loan also features an offset facility.
He would always keep me updated with the whole process, which put my mind completely at ease.

I was very impressed with Johns efficient and very quick process.

I cannot fault them whatsoever. It was seamless and stress free.

Absolutely horrendous. John is extremely rude and did not even review my financial history properly, and also insisted that my home would not be valued sufficiently high for refinancing. I went to another lender and have now settled. Stay clear of Pacific, John is atrocious.

This is our 4th loan through Pacific Mortgage Group, We keep returning back to this same company as they are the cheapest in the country, but without compromising on their service. Again I can not speak more highly of Christine whom we have been dealing with, she makes the transition from one loan to another easy and hassle free, and the constant updates regarding the progress of our loan is much appreciated. We will definitely use PMG online again.

John always looks after us and does a great rate. He works very hard to get everything done on time for settlement.
