I've contracted OSS to ship my belongings from a storage depot in Melbourne to Dubai, UAE. The move was smooth and required little involvement from my side. The crew delivering the goods in Dubai was punctual, professional and efficient. There was a small issue with additional charges to be paid on delivery, but it was resolved by one of the managers in Australia. Overall I'm happy with the quality of service provided by OSS and the local agent in UAE

We used OSS to move household items to Montreal and San Diego from Sydney. I cannot give them enough kudos, from Adam that arranged the quotation, the professional team that collected the goods and Melissa that continually kept us up to date and ensured that all the paperwork was done properly, they were all fantastic. Thank you!

28 weeks and 3 days. My shipment from Sydney has finally arrived in the US and cleared customs (which only took a few days). I am hoping one day to see my items sent via OSS World Wide Movers from Australia.and suspect if I am lucky it will be 30 weeks? But suspect more than that. I would not recommend OSS World Wide Movers. Expected shipping timelines and dates were constantly off, communication was poor and not proactive, no apologies or communication for the significant delay, and once they handed it off to the vessel, I have never heard from them again and have a new POC in the US with vague delivery timelines.

Update: Post my initial review, the company got in touch with me to explain logistical issues they were facing and agreed that communication could be better. My shipment has been delivered now and the delivery team were prompt and helpful. All items have been well received. I have changed my rating and if need be, may consider them again for their service.

They are handling Sydney part of our Hong Kong to Sydney shipment. Communication is extremely poor. Inspite of email follow up we can never get a straight answer to approximate delivery date. Called up the Move Manager to ask what are the steps involved and when we can expect delivery. Her short and sweet answer was "I don't know". On emails too she skips our questions with one line vague answers, sometimes with no response for up to 3 days. It's exhausting. I could understand delay due to Xmas and New year break but only if she kept us updated and wasn't so unresponsive and unhelpful. Our shipment has reached Sydney in first week of Dec and till now they have not given us any approximate date of delivery.

Completely unprofessional. I understand that COVID is a factor but there has been a complete lack of communication, I can't ever get a hold of anyone to speak with, I can't get referred to anyone higher. I had to call the company THEY were using in Vancouver myself to find out where my things were. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND.

OSS handled our door to door move from Sydney to Florida. Everything went well, the pick up, packaging, shipping time, delivery, all perfect. We were told it would take two to six months to receive our shipment in the US, it took almost five months, so right in the window. Our things shipped halfway around the world with no damage and within the stated timeframe. Very happy! Thanks OSS.

Awful experience. OSS was the company that handled the Australian part of our move from Auckland to Sydney. Twice they postponed to another day delivery of our items AFTER the planned delivery time. The first time they were not even apologetic about it and kept making up excuses. I had to take time off work to be sure I could be home at the planned time so, as a result of the double postponement at the last second, I had to take even more time off work. When I asked, they did not offer any type of compensation or discount because of their mistakes. On the other hand they demand to be paid for every little thing they do and will hold your possessions captive until you've done so. They failed to deliver an essential bed part without which the bed can't be put together. Even after they found it in their storage facility, I had to chase several people to make sure it would be delivered. It took several days for that to happen and not a single apology was given to us. We had a piano that was shipped in a custom made crate. The crate was ours, we had paid $450 to have it made a few years ago and we were expecting to receive it as it had happened with previous moves. When the piano arrived at our place there was no crate. I then asked the person in the office where was it and I was told they disposed of it for quarantine inspection. They had not asked us for permission to do so, as the crate was supplied by us it was our decision to make. The crate was made in a manner that could be easily taken apart without breaking it. Once again, no compensation or even an apology was offered.
I'm glad I'll never have to deal with this company again.

With their time and effort to help me with my relocation documents I was overwhelmed with kindness and helpfulness.
They deserve more than 5 stars.

The team at OSS where great, we moved from Sydney to CHCH NZ in Nov 19, we had no issues with the move, 2 cars in a 40f and household in a 20f, all arrived safely in NZ, we were extremely happy with the container packing team and the shipping agents (Marie, Seema and Tony and the packing boys). Tony and his boys were awesome, we doubted it would fit in the 20f during the pack, it was tight and the boys worked there magic and we got all our belongings safely packed.overall we would recommend OSS they addressed our concerns and supported our move. Very happy with the entire team in Sydney. Thankyou all it was a stressful time, but well worth it when it all arrived safe and sound.

We had to pack up in only one month and OSS made this possible. They provided high quality service in the shipping, delivery and unpacking of our household goods and furniture. We were able to track our shipment on their website and were happy to receive our shipment without any delay. OSS's efficiency made our move as worry and pain-free as possible. I higly recommend this company.

OSS World Wide Movers made my residential move from Sydney to Bilbao (SPAIN) absolutely seamless, the full cost was only slightly above quotation and reasonable by all means. Highly professional group with a great team of service agents who always happy to help, and provide outstanding customer service. I could not be anymore humbled by how well OSS handled our delivery. Everything arrived as it should, intact and in a timely manner. I was given a realistic expectation of when the delivery would arrive (up to 3 months) and it did arrive well within that time frame. I highly recommend you use OSS for your next move!

Absolutely appalling company. Cannot stress strongly enough to avoid using them, They are dishonest, deceptive and untrustworthy. Refuse to disclose what their charges are made up of, pass on fake charges to your bill for things such as first aid training of their staff, disguised as a 'Quarantine fee'. Service so bad I was left no other choice but to open an official complaint with the ACCC and I would encourage anyone else to do the same to try and stop this cowboy operation from ripping off any more unsuspecting customers. Save your money and look elsewhere, this company should have their licenses removed.

When we reach them out for getting the consignment shipped, they are really convincing for providing the best service. Once the payment is done, they start behaving in some real unprofessional way.
Took more than 5 months to reach our stuff we shipped from Sydney to Washington DC (they had assured that our stuff would reach us in 2 months).
They were never clear with the billing amount. Firstly they said they adjust the amount according to the number of boxes. Charged the same amount for lesser number of boxes later.
The agreement said that its door to door delivery. Coincidently we were living at the ground floor in Sydney and took an apartment on first floor in US. They charged us with extra amount giving excuses.
I would never recommend them to anyone. One of the most unprofessional business owners I have ever encountered.

We used OSS World Wide Movers for our move from Sydney to Milan, Italy and would recommend them to our friends and family - we found them very trustworthy, service-minded and the communication was excellent during every step of the process.
Our experience of OSS was very good and all staff we dealt with were so professional and nice; customer service team, Relocation Consultant, finance team and finally the excellent packing team. A big thanks to Coral Neowhouse, our Relocation Consultant, who was so patient with all our questions and dealt so well with a few changes and delays. She got back to all our emails within a couple of hours and made us feel confident regarding this part of our move overseas.
Thanks also to the fun and super efficient packing team YNOT - they made an excellent job packing our stuff - everything arrived safely and nothing broken!
We were also very happy with the destination agent in Italy, Bolliger S. P. A. - they did also an great job at this end.

The whole operation of packing the contents of our apartment in Hong Kong, shipping the items to Sydney, and then delivering them to our house was done in a very professional and expeditious manner.

I would highly recommend this company.

Poor communication from these people I had to follow up a number of times to find out where my household items were especially as we had waited a number of weeks for these items. I would have given a higher rating if they were more proactive.

Good service and most importantly when I had an issue I was able to contact one of the owner and the personal touch that was put in made the issue non existent. Big companies loss touch of the importance of this. Hats off

Terrible service, awful communication and lost goods. I would recommend other companies having used 3 different ones in the past. The delivery drivers were the best part, very efficient and friendly.
