Very average property managers.
At the end of one tenants lease they messed up the payment dates and bond value.
This meant the last months rent was paid off at $50/week for 6 months after it finished. Rubbish.
Sales team didn't have a finger on the pulse when it came to a potential sale, and the buyer who was keen went somewhere else as OR didn't keep them on the hook.

I am currently dealing with Orange Real Estate and they jace been fantastic. The new team is awesome.
