We accepted an offer for an acceptable amount on Wednesday evening 23rd September.
The purchaser was well qualified and did not attempt a protracted negotiation process.
The contract exchanged unconditionally 15 days later with a settlement period of 35 days.

Scott is very calm and a pleasure to deal with as he is helpful, timely and responsive but not pushy. All interactions have been pleasant and Scott is very knowledgeable. He is also trustworthy if you are a buyer. We had delays with our finance (as does everyone at the moment) but did not feel like we could not trust him to complete the sale. With other agents, we may have been concerned about being gazumped as we had not been able to exchange in a timely way.
