Lunchtime is chaos. Understaffed, queues out the door, staff yelling out orders and mixing them up.

The fries are always fresh and hot, and The pulled Chicken wrap is my go-to. It's an excellent spot to get a quick bite on the run.

Well prepared but smaller than expected portion for the Bondi deal. The chicken was a bit tough too. But I'm sure the chicken meals would be better.

I ordered veggie burger and two salads. Both salads were just shredded veg with no dressing, smelling like they were well off expiry date and not a trace of dressing! Decided it wasn’t edible and had some nuts from Coles instead. How much did Oporto charge me for a veggie burger and two inedible “salads” with no dressing?
$17! Outrage! Stay away at all cost!

Found hair in my chicken strip bowl and the rice and chicken had 20% rest 80% is salad. I wouldn’t even get this much salad from a salad shop.

Got a free burger via a new app. First time I've tried oporto. Felt much healthier than other takeaway chicken burgers. Had a nice sauce too

The best burgers belongs to Oporto. Their chili sauce is great and adds to the flavour. The variety of grilled food is also worth trying. Great place for lunch and dinner.

Good location and easy to get to. They have a good system in place to take your order. Wait time can be long during peak period so it's recommended you go outside peak time to get a better experience, I also find the food to be better quality outside of peak time. Staff are friendly but can be hard to understand due to language barrier. Price is reasonable for the taste. Cleanliness isn't so great, and unfortunately because it's an open restaurant, you tend to see birds cleaning up the tables and hanging around!

Won't serve single burgers over Uber eats, despite the chips being rubbish, and the drinks being incredibly overpriced compared to other Oportos. Boooooo

Chef on his phone with gloves, using same gloves to handle food including the bread. They say the phone has more bacteria then on the toilet seat. Not coming in again

Prepare to wait some time for your order, since it's packed with tradies from the construction site next door eating there. Plus forget about waiting for a table/chair as it's packed duties lunch time.

Chain eatery serving Portuguese style chicken and burgers. Good for a quick bite! We liked the bondi burger with spicy chili sauce

Probably one of the better Oporto franchise's around compared to some of the others, food is always fresh and hot, staff are friendly, service during peak hour during the weekday lunch rush is good but i recommend you go there outside those times and its a better experience.

Charged more for the kids meals and later when caught them. They started to arguing and said they've compensated with large chips. In fact they charged for those large chips. Pretty disappointing.
No customer service

Returned tonight for the first time in 10 years and surprised by how good their chicken and chips are. Sorry, KFC, I won't be seeing for you for a while.

Went to oporto with my mrs and ordered a burger meal. Later on my gf went up to order some more food and when she went up my burger meal was ready. When my gf said it was ours the server gave an awful look and told her it was not. She carried on calling out the order and eventually someone got up and took it. When the man who picked up the burger sat back down to eat, he knew it wasn't his. The man then went up to tell the lady it wasn't his burger, I also went up to the counter and told her that it was mine and she tried giving it to me after this man had taken it apart in confusion (I would have taken it as I don't want a good burger to go to waste!) and she then told me to wait 2 minutes while she 'fixed' it. 30 minutes after ordering we had our meal but no apology what so ever from the lady. Terrible service but the burger was good!

Disgusting fries and substandard burger. Bacon is heated not cooked and bun is stale. Is it real chicken? Tastes fake
