Oporto

Overall the food is very average and too expensive for what you get.details on the burger:
- only kinda warm
- chicken was soggy
- bacon was an odd colour (no grilled colour or anything like that)
- Burger basically fell apart in my hand, the bread was so soggy.details on chips
- slightly soggy
- not enough seasoning

given it was a quiet time mid afternoon.the grill and cooking appliances were probably not properly heated up resulting into the above observations.but that should not be an excuse for low quality.will no longer be coming back unless quality improves.

The chicken was extremely dry and inedible, and when I complained, the lady was adamant about not taking any action to address the issue.

Undercooked chips, overcooked chicken, chili sauce was not even spicy. Servers mumble and dont know who ordered what. Tragic how far Oporto has fallen.

Think about a terrible food. Here is the place. Taste absolutely nothing. I gave one more star just because of the attendants who were very nice.

Staff turned on wildly loud music during business hours to force people out so they could close early. Wildly unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't care how good your food is, when you're open and there are paying customers eating, you don't do that.

Deceived. The chicken is either boiled or microwaved. You can't have moist bland well cooked from the inside while the outside remains lightly yellow and white. Has no grilled taste at all.falsely advertised as grilled.

I got Oporto from Uber eats and it was awful
The chicken was dry and over cooked abd the rice and salad were all mixed together when it arrived and covered by some awful sauce

Great! Staff were helpful and generous. Food was decent. Cost was a little more than I expected for fast food. Manager gave our daughter a chocolate mousse which she loved.

During lunch period it get busy and the standard of the food drops. Chicken hardly without any basting or flavour.

For get the food just come in for the Latin music the Oporto dj has a better playlist than most clubs

Great place for chicken meals. Staff are friendly. Lots of options here. The spicy sauce sure is HOT! Good value with the half chicken boxes. Lots of seats to eat in too.

Long waiting time during peak unlike others in greenwood / northpoint, plus made me sick for some reason.portion size was also disappointing.if you want to wait so long might as well go to Marley's.

Worst customer service. I went by 8: 40 and store closes at 9: 00, still they haven’t allowed me!

Thin, barely there chicken in the burger.
Oversalted chips.
Expensive for what it is.
Nothing like the original all those years ago in Bondi.

I usually takeaway the double Bondi burger medium spicy from here, they make it good, Even the rice as a meal combination was nice and filling. Like to have Oporto than deep fried ones elsewhere.

Such a weird place where the staff refused to provide me a TAX INVOICE with ABN. Or maybe it's my problem to pick it for work lunch? Never again!

The food here is not consistent, sometimes it just ok & other times it’s really bad. Chips are not good, double fried & tastes really bad. Dark in colour, dry & old tasting oil. They keep the fries bag out of the freezer.

Loved this place. Staff listens to customer requirement and prepare a meal exactly based on it. Highly recommended
