They are expert in wasting people time and effort
Their services are below standards and their staff need learn what respect means

Wanted one a4 page printed. Told it would take 24hrs. I needed the 1 page printed to pick up a warehouse shipment nearby who wouldn't except electronic pdf invoices

Update. I politely asked again offering $50 and was told no. I'm curious how much they would take considering it's a very simple request.

Customer service = dead.

Great place I love shopping there, also great staff especially Dimiti who is always helpful and friendly, even if it's at the end of the working hours he is always patient with us and make our purchase easy and well selected. He is a very good sales person and give excellent service

Friendly staff, everything is pretty easy to find around the store and there are always staff around to ask for help if need.

Very poor customer service & very dissatisfied customer support from manager & same problem has been solved by other office work. Office work should maintain or follow same policies like other office work already has been implemented.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Customer service is horrible. I was waiting to get on a call with someone for 40mins and then got hung up TWICE! I have a delivery from mid-September which states that it still hasn't been prepared yet when I try track it and says it will arrive at the end of october! I have a enquiry from 2 weeks ago, I got told to wait 5 days for a response still nothing. I understand COVID delays but at least give confirmation and answers to your customers! Very Disappointed!

Decent range of products and prices but the delivery service is useless to the point of not bothering again. Go into the store if you need anything. Whoever they have partnered with for delivery is terrible

I have come here on multiple occasions attempting to find the "punchbowl" where I can beat up the useless employees of the Officeworks business.

Online showing stock available but the store has no stock. Why? Coz it's not "updated". Laughable!

I’ve been here so many times for office admin printing. Today I returned an item and exchanged it with another, the process was smooth and the staff were helpful.

Pathetic customer service. Directed to self service for a faster alternative however self service and counter service take the same long waiting time. 4 staff over the printing counter and 3 staff over the front counter yet a long line of people in the queue. Had to wait in line after paying for self service to get photos printed only to be asked to go home afterwards because they want to close. Train your staff properly not to serve one customer for 10 minutes! And close your doors 10 minutes before 6pm so you don't keep us waiting like you did tonight you pathetic bunch!

I love this office works as it is were I always print. The customer service is Amazing! Also their prices aren't pricy and are always the lowest compared to the other stores.

Could I please say a huge THANK YOU to Talia at Officeworks Punchbowl for your exception customer service. She was very polite/ friendly and honest about her advice, and explained everything step by step as I waited on the side. Although it was a long wait, having her reassure me every step of the process was great. Thank you Officeworks having for great staff like Talia and providing great services for everyone.

Understaffed.

There were almost 10 people in printing and copying que and they had only 1 person at the counter. Took almost 25 minutes to get passport size photos.

They should recruit more staff

The staff were quick and efficient with my click & collect. The store was quite large and had a good range of products. Also has a relatively good sized photo and printing section with on site photo machines. The other staff were also informative and knowledgeable about their stock.

Went with my friend to get some back to school items for our children on 5 Jan 2020 from 9 to 10.45am. Very unhelpful staff and 1 staff in particular, a Lebanese young woman in glasses named Kawla was downright rude to me. I asked her for assistance and she ignored me. My friend remarked that Kawla was ignoring me and Kawla so aggressively said to my friend" why are you so rude? " Is this the way to treat your customers or is she racist because i am an Asian woman? Office works you need to train your staff to respect all customers. As for Kawla, you should get another job

Arrived 7.30am 1x staff member serving 1 at door 5x floating around 4x customers waiting & waiting & then another staff person comes chewing gum walking like she has all day whilst people have arrived early so they can get served and back out into the rush hour traffic.only to find out they can't help you even though we called ahead to make sure the service we wanted was available. BAD customer service.

The lady at the counter today was rude and very dry. When I tried to simply say "wow it seems busy today", she rolled her eyes in annoyance and replied "hmm". She was doing an exchange for me, and she seemed so bothered at me for it even though it was a straight forward transaction.

Meanwhile the staff on the floor were very hard to find when assistance was needed. There were several groups of people today just waiting to have help from staff. At least they were helpful and friendly though when they did help (unlike the rude lady at the counter).

Absolutely appalling. Literally walked from the front door to the front desk to pick up a school order. Obtuse power hungry robot at the door watched me do this, as he acknowledged me walk in. Then proceeded to ask to look into my bag on the way out.literally didn’t move from the front desk! If it weren’t such a hassle to refund my school order I would have! And just to be clear, the girl behind me didn’t get asked the same thing! Absolutely ridiculous.
