77 Juan and the Lebanese girl behind the printing counter need to learn to respect customers. The Lebanese girl, (I didn't get her name) because she went straight to help her friend. Took a long time at self service printing.
Then Juan stopped what he was doing, and went to help another girl behind me. I was left standing in the line and had to 'beg' for service. What is the point of lining up?
Juan after helping the girl behind me, trying to lecture me that I should go to self service. But the Lebanese girl who works at the counter also went to help self service. So, which is which?
You need to improve your system as well as your staff training.
Been waiting on hold for 35 minutes to ask a simple question about the whereabouts of my order. No one is answering the phone today at the Punchbowl store.
Just went to officeworks punchbowl to print some labels and Marwa helped us out so much, she was so patient with us, and serving other customers at the same time. Thank you Marwa

Not very well laid out, and I don't know why the staff were so hostile. I tried to get out asap
Exceptional service from Robert. He helped us unscrew a frame to fit our printed sheet into. Went above and beyond for us, and had such a lovely attitude.
Poor service. Phoned them two days ago and inquired about A1 scanning. Was told yes just come in. So I arrive there this morning at opening time. Only a few customers. More staff than customers. The young unhelpful female at the printing counter says that it will take 2 business days to scan and print 12 sheets. Tells me to come back a Tuesday. I tell her I'm flying out of Australia on Tuesday I tell her. Then I ask her to scan one A1 instead. Yep. Done. Easy peasy. Took her 20 seconds. But I need to wait 4 days for the other 11? No empathy. No helpfulness. No interest in the customer. Just tells me that's the system. Bad luck. Bye bye Officeworks. I'm now at the opposition getting my scans done. Took him 5mins.
Ok the staff doesnt help print. I went today to print and the member at the counter said we dont print for u anymore u have to do it urself.you also have to punch the papers urself and bind them. I went another day to get a charger and there is no staff in the electronics section to help now I really wanna know what in the world is the staff hired to do? ! Just stock? And take payments? I ended up spending more time than if I had printed it at my uni. Really the worst branch ever.
Don’t go here unless you know exactly what you want and exactly where it is located in the store.
They literally avoid eye contact with you in hopes you won’t ask them a question. Also when you do ask s worker a question, they pawn you off to someone else on their little radio and tell you to wait there and no one ever shows up. Very unorganised staff and half of them are bludging in the corner on their phone and walking in circles like they’re lost. Also when you finally corner a staff member, they can’t even answer questions about products. At least hire people who don’t look like random NPCs
Some of the staff is not helpful and even rude. Abir in particular displayed an attitude which has helped me to decide that from today onwards I will never shop at this store.
Steer clear of this officeworks if you can. Rude staff who couldn't give a stuff about customers. Print shop always understaffed. Poorly managed!
I don’t usually write reviews of this nature but couldn’t help but go out of my way to comment on Layla A’s service and assistance today at the Punchbowl store. Layla was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had an extensive list of requirements for my office, some of which were quite technical. Layla displayed a clear passion in customer service and I hope that I continue bumping into such respectful, wonderful people who show initiative. Punchbowl Officeworks - I hope you’re doing what you can to retain this employee.
Milan was especially helpful and patient with my warranty request and took his time to ensure my monitor was working before leaving the store. It is rare to have to have good customer service in Sydney these days so I appreciate it. Thanks again.
Had 4 large A1 photos to print. Printer wasn't ready and would have taken 2 days but staff went out of their way to sort it out and within half an hour I had my 4 photos and 4 photo frames. They even had to get a lift to get the 4th frame from a high shelf. Special thanks to Adam from printing for doing an amazing job.
Absolute waste of time. Staff are fine but print machines for photos only errors. I wasted so much time to print. The solution offered to go home and send to the shop to print. Apparently they have been trying to call IT get it fixed. You'd think a company called OFFICEWORKS would have their office working. I'd give a minus star if I could.
Self serve photo printing is such a painful process. Half the machines don't read USBs and the photo printer malfunctions. I think I will need a cigarette after this experience and I don't even smoke.
Absolutely no customer service, waited 15minutes in a queue and was then told they couldn't do
what I needed. If you have a store that large get staff to work so the customers are served in a timeline manner. Very unprofessional, for a company of your size.
And when I asked for the manager was told he was out the back, but then another staff member tells me his in a meeting. Do you guys not communicate in case someone wants to speak to a manager or a second in charge.
JUST RIDICULOUS.

Quite literally the most useless way to print this photos, the machines do not work and it takes forever just to get to the counter don’t go here if you want photos printed
Terrible experience waiting for printing. I’ve been here a few times and they’ve never got enough staff on. Currently waiting in line when there’s one person working and about a dozen people waiting. I’ve been in line almost half hour and it’s not good enough.
My last experience in buying the chair was outstanding!
Thank you Gazi for having so much patience, knowledge, giving recommendations and hand to carry on heavy chair and, finally, providing the first aid when I accidentally pinched my finger!
