The team at Ochre are wonderful. The incredibly busy receptionists are always welcoming with a smile on their face.

The centre is beautifully kept, spacious, clean and bright.

Dr Marc Wilkinson never forgets a face, always saying hello. He is very professional and fantastic at explaining a plan of action that is clear and straightforward. He is calm and patient. A fantastic doctor whom I’d highly recommend.

I have no words for Dr Charlotte Middleton, she is by far the best doctor I have ever come across, she genuinely cares about the patient, she is thorough, she listens and she never makes you feel rushed. We are beyond confident that whatever the issue Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for what she does. She literally keeps my family healthy and happy in body and mind. She is top of the list in the Adams family maintenance team!

Dr Charlotte Middleton at Ochre Medical Centre is a professional, down to earth, practical, insightful and very knowledgeably GP.

Reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Nurses are great too. I also see Karina Bronska at this surgery, and I can't recommend her enough, she's full of helpful information and suggestions, friendly, polite and professional, absolutely great lady. My doctor is Dr Stevenson, I've had her for years now she's truly amazing doctor I highly recommend her.

Always a positive experience at this practice. Friendly, helpful efficient reception and nurses. Every Dr I have consulted has been excellent. Popular Drs and may ocassionally run late but most often on time.

Always friendly despite being very busy. They always seem to be able to fit me in when really needed. My doctor is hard to get into and can run over time but that’s because she doesn’t skimp on what’s needed and provides a very professional yet personalised approach and has supported me enormously through some very challenging health issues

I needed a repeat prescription and a referral to a specialist. I booked a phone consultation which came on time. It also included some feedback from me about my progress since an earlier procedure. My prescription arrived as a text message while we were speaking and features a QR code instead of a piece of paper - very efficient!

The administration at this practice needs serious improvement. Have been frustrated at multiple occasions without apology for their errors.

Highly recommend this medical centre. Genuine reception staff and GPs. The GPs are thorough and they have always been on time.
