The apartment of Evergreen in St Ives was built with the highest standards in compression with any other apartments I have ever visited.

I'm a RECENT BUYER in "Evergreen" at St Ives and couldn't be happier with their finished product. I have to admit to being worried about styling when buying off the plan, however, I was delighted to receive a relaxed vogue / Scandinavian styled penthouse. Beautiful oak flooring, floor to ceiling glass, stunning kitchen, soft close everything, modern outdoor paving system (you need this;), underground rain water tanks, advanced (plant) landscaping.the list goes on. I would not hesitate to buy from Northpoint again. Charbel, Daniel and George get a big thumbs up from me!

I purchased an off the plan apartment in Hornsby in late 2015 with great trepidation of what the end result might look like.
I moved in on completion in November 2018.
During the build period I was able to liase very effectively with the Northpoint leadership team, and in particular Charbel, at various stages so as to fascilitate personal changes to my apartment that allowed me to customise it to my individual requirements and tastes.

Builder with 25+ years experience to deliver superior building quality. Very happy with my first home build by them. I was quite impressed with the quality of the apartment and beautiful exterior finish of the
whole complex. The bathrooms, kitchen and washing room are all arranged very easy to use and space saving, we do not have any space wasted as aisle to bedrooms. The appliances are all top brands and installed very neat and beautifully. They also placed all the instruction and pretty much everything relevant to you home in a nicely organized folder, making things so easy when you need to contact or call service for maintenance in the future. They also provide thoughtful on-going service to the project, and take good care of all the public facility, making every resident feels like home.

I purchased an off the plan unit from Northpoint Construction, and have now lived in the property for over a year. The company were so great dealing with my many variations and changes to the apartment. Nothing was ever a problem, and the quality is outstanding. A great experience overall.
