We bought of the plan 3 bedroom apartment 6 years ago with Northpoint as the builder and Caxton as the developer. So you might say we are a long term tester of their construction. From construction to handover to maintenance, this is the team you want on your side. With an outstanding attitude of customer first, pride in their workmanship and efficient can-do attitude in after sales service, in my humble opinion, are the best we have dealt with. So good is the service, they are now our building maintenance supplier. I am on the committee for our strata complex since Day 1, and hard as it may believe, we have had zero critical and major defects. This is a testament of getting it right once and rigorous discipline. Our block is now the benchmark of the area with other builders trying to copy but cannot meet the quality and design levels. The evidence is demonstrated by the consistently higher selling price compared to similar configurations which is a protection of your investment. We would highly recommend Charbel and his team with the right developer as the results speak for themselves. Well done Northpoint Team.

We purchased an apartment in St Ives on a build that Northpoint completed, we purchased on completion and the quality is superb compared to all other apartments we looked at, have been living here for close to two years. I recently started working at a company called Procore which is a construction management software so I was really pleased to see they were already a customer.

I bought a unit in Vision Apartments at Hornsby 3 years ago and am very glad I did. The quality of construction was excellent and there have been no problems at all. The people at Northpoint really took the trouble to make the place perfect before settlement.

I purchased a property off the plan in Beecroft in 2017, and at the time the property was still under construction by Northpoint. As a local real estate agent, I understood the importance of purchasing off the plan through a reputable building company. Northpoint delivered one of the best quality apartment products I have ever seen. As a result of this, I recently sold my apartment for a record price for a 1 bedroom apartment for the entire North West region. Thanks to both Charbel's for their service before, during and after the completion of the project.

I am renting a flat built by Northpoint and am loving it. The attention to detail is incredible! Every corner, every wall is flawless. I've seen other flats that were built more recently but have cracks and damages already. Not just the flat, but the common areas too are designed just beautifully. The builders are very responsive if there are any problems, and that ensures that things can fixed immediately.

We wanted some minor works/amendments made to our apartment (Refined), so we asked to be able to contact Northpoint Construction Group directly, and I'm so glad we did. Patrick B and Charbel from NCG made the entire process from quote to completion so smooth, and it is obvious that they are very down-to-earth people who take a lot of pride in their work. Patrick B in particular was instrumental in getting things done quickly for us, and I found him to be extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating (when I was juggling a baby!). We moved into Refined Lindfield, newly completed by Northpoint Construction, in January 2021. We are very happy with the quality of the building and our apartment in particular.

As a brand new apartment, inevitably there were a few minor items to be fixed. We found Charlie (Charbel) to be extremely responsive and he personally ensured that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. We appreciate this hands on after care service by a director of the company.

We purchased an apartment off the plan in Refined at Lindfield in December 2019 and moved in in December 2020. Prior to buying off the plan, we researched Northpoint, and have found that they have lived up to our expectations from a quality builder. Early in the construction phase we asked for a few minor changes, which both the developer and builder agreed too without any fuss. During construction we walked past the site regularly and were always greeted cordially by the tradespeople and Northpoint's management team, who also made some very useful suggestions on fitout, thus making our transition from a large family home to Refined very smooth.
We would recommend Northpoint for not only as a quality builder, for structural integrity and attention to detail, as well as being exceptionally helpful when we moved in and explaining how all the appliances worked. Mario, Charbel, Philip, Patrick, John-Paul, in fact all the trades on site were always friendly and professional.
We have settled in and are extremely happy with the finished product and beautiful gardens. The units are quiet, spacious and airy.

Northern Life Baptist Church engaged Northpoint Constructions to construct its new 5-storey ministry centre at 1 Pretoria Parade in Hornsby. Northern Life also purchased a ground floor apartment in the Vision Apartments building at 3 Pretoria Parade. In both cases we found that the construction and finishes by Northpoint Constructions were of excellent quality and the service was outstanding. Any defects were minor and rectified in good time.

I mention planning in particular as nothing was left to chance with Northpoint Construction Group and as a consequence the building work in my unit and other units I have visited in “Evergreen, St Ives” is of a meticulously high standard.
I purchased my unit “off the plan”. A bold move-and one I was initially apprehensive about as it was sight unseen. In the pre- purchase and interim period during construction, I visited several units in St Ives in order to compare the size, décor etc.with my unit “off the plan”
I could identify many flaws and defects in other units I inspected that were available for rent and/ or purchase. At this time and as a note of comparison I also inspected units built locally by Northpoint and was impressed with the contrast of skill level.
As a comparison the quality of finish, attention to detail in the units built by Northpoint is second to none and far exceeds the standard I observed on other sites.

Under the guidance and direction of Charbal Zeaiter, Construction Manager from Northpoint the reputation of Northpoint Building Construction Group preceded them as the most professional and quality builders. Charbel attended our first Strata AGM, and impressed with his knowledge of the entire project from start to finish. Charbel’s expert opinion and approachable manner is supported by his depth of knowledge of co-ordinating sequential stages of the construction process.
In summary, I have resurrected my worldly goods from storage, it has been a joy to be reunited with them in new surrounds and It was definitely worth the wait to enjoy in my magnificent new home.

We are first home buyers of Evergreen St Ives apartments. We were very nervous about buying off the plan with all the negative press about the construction industry and the uncertainty of what the final product would look like. However Northpoint Construction put these concerns to bed with delivering our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment which more than accommodates a family. We are extremely happy with the final product, more than loving the layout & finishes, the landscaping, and having all the best Miele appliances. The service since moving in has been outstanding with no fixes being too small, finishing the job in a friendly, timely manner and outside their required scope (ie helping me install washing machine & drilling a hole in shelf for computer cords). We are very happy customers!

Northpoint are an exceptional company full of integrity and good ethics. I've been in buildings they've recently conpleted and ones several years old and regardless of age and location they've all had great workmanship. Highly recommended!

I was recently asked to inspect a unit for an owner at Evergreen and was very impressed with the overall build and finishing quality, well done to the team and especially to Charbel who gave me access.

We moved into a Northpoint built unit in Lindfield last December, after living as a tenant for 10 months in a newly built unit in Beecroft. The Beecroft unit was still not complete when we left. I found that I was 'project managing' the completion and rectification of many items.

It was refreshing to move into this unit in Lindfield where everything is complete in all respects. The quality of the finish is excellent.

On our first inspection we realised we would like an alteration to a cupboard. On asking Patrick and Charbel if it was feasible they made the alteration immediately.

I would recommend Northpoint to any buyer or developer.

Northpoint Construction Group are attentive and professional, with a high attention to detail. My husband and I had purchased an apartment off-the-plan that was built by Northpoint and unlike so many apartment blocks these days, Charbel and his team built our block to a very high standard with exceptional quality (no corners were cut!). After 3 years in our apartment we noticed a small issue however after contacting Northpoint, they were on site within 2 days to investigate the cause of the issue. We were selling our apartment at the time and they did everything they could to ensure the problem was rectified in a very short timeframe. They also ensured the problem would not reoccur (the directors of Northpoint themselves came to inspect it). Northpoint's exceptional customer service and genuine care for customers and the quality of their builds does not go unnoticed. Even our real estate agent knew about the exceptional work of Northpoint Construction Group. Thank you guys!

After purchasing a brand new apartment unit in Rouse Hill, I have requested for a number of touch-ups to be completed. In respect of this, the above and beyond efforts by Charlie and Dave is greatly appreciated.

The apartment we're staying in (rented) had a problem with a broken lightswitch, nothing major but nothing you'd want to accidentally poke your finger into either. We got in touch and the builder came around to fix the problem the very next morning! They were very professional and got the fitting replaced straight away on the spot, very impressed.

Overall, the apartment design is great, very practical and everything is high quality. It's been a great upgrade moving to this new building.
