North Sydney Harbourview Hotel

View Sydney had the best view of Sydney harbour from my room and the staff were friendly and helpful. Was so impressed i extended my stay by 3 nights. Best decision ever. Another highlight of my stay was Ben the magnificent bar manager who vowed me with his unique original cocktails which are out of this world. He is a superb entertainer lighting drinks on fire or making smoky flavoured bubbles burst over your drink. Ask him when you meet him at the bar. Thank you all for making my stay truly memorable. Situated on lavendar bay, it's the best place to get the view of harbour bridge. Spend a chill day here, watch the ships, cruises, and ofcourse the Luna park.
Watch the city sparkle at night from this place, you'll absolutely love it.

I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel in Sydney! From the moment I arrived, they accommodated me with an early check-in, which made my trip so much more convenient. The location couldn't have been better, putting me right in the heart of everything I wanted to explore. But what truly left me in awe was the stunning view from my room. Waking up to that breathtaking sight of Sydney was a dream come true. Thank you to the hotel staff for making my stay exceptional!

Reception asked me to buy the bottlea if water or drink it out the tap which is near the toilet.
The noise of the trains keeps you up at night and early mornings.

No staff support check-in and clean food in the hallway. Besides, the room doesn't have a good soundproof

I came because the view was good, but I guess you have to pay a lot to get a good view.
If done wrong, railway noise can be irritating to the railway view.far from the airport About $44 by Didi. If you are a tourist, it would be better to decide the location before crossing the river.advantage is
The neighborhood is quiet and has all the Chemistry Coles. You can cross the Harbor Bridge on foot through Milsons Point.

The View Sydney not only had an impressive view but the Sally and the staff were amazing. The pillows were heaven

I’ve been coming to this hotel for years. It’s my favourite place to stay in Sydney. The views are just spectacular! This time we got the ‘stay and dine’ package and we really enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners overlooking the beautiful harbour. The staff were incredible- nothing was too much trouble. Even the mini bar prices were completely reasonable! An extra thanks to the staff who showed great concern when my husband collapsed in the foyer. Their help getting the ambulance and checking all was ok as well as offering a late check out was much appreciated. I wouldn’t bother staying anywhere else in Sydney

However, some rooms seems to have plumbing issue that is:
- Bathtub drainage does not drain water propelly. Taking long time.very uncomfortable for the next person to use.
- Toilet seems not flushing well enough. Still some 'leftover' expected for the next person again.not very pleasant.

Other than that, I reckon its location is great to approach and the view from some rooms are quite nice.

This hotel’s location is surrounded by office buildings, so there’s not much to explore at night. However, the view of the cbd and harbour is superb! The hotel is a bit old and the toilet in the room is quite small compared to the hotels I have been, but overall

It’s a business hotel, one of the staff started to blow leaves right behind me while I was on a video call in the outdoor area. I rest my case!

Im staying here for 3 nights views of the harvour isgreat but I found a large spider web in the corner of my room, the bath tub is leaking and the walls in the room are cracked. Would not recommend this place it's a let down from my initial expectation. Some1 walking into our room to put away go at hangers and just let them self in. The door is right in front of the bath room that couldhave ended bad.

All good so far, very helpful reception who organised a very early check-in (8am) - most appreciated after a red-eye flight from Perth. Well appointed, fantastic location (caught the train direct from airport to North Sydney station underneath hotel!) and very well priced considering all they have to offer. Looking forward to to the rest of my stay!

Hotel is very close to train station which is a plus especially if you are here for work + leisure. It is also close to Coles, cafe and restaurants so it is easy to grab a bite while walking to the train station. Reception is very friendly and happy to do luggage storage for us. However the hotel is a bit old and smells quite musty. While we were there, lifts were slow and did took a while to come by. Rooms are not very big but comfortable for a short stay.
