It’s not everyday you meet an honest humble salesman,
Ibrahim went above and beyond in helping me choose the right car, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
Even tho I had 101 questions he answered all of them and not once did not answer or return my phone calls, always kept me updated and made sure I left happy.

After having dealt with some bizzare and rude Volkwagen service departments/dealers. I came across Noble Volkwagen- the customer service is 10/10 and the servicing department is great. They understand business and run it very well. Great work guys!

Very poor service, attempted to call to get an update on service and when the car will be ready. After leaving my details 2 times with them to call me back and being on hold countless times to be lead to a engaged/disconnected line - they did not provide me any details as to when it would be ready.

Love your way to treat the customers. To be honest, Ibrahim is the best. He will give you all the best advice and good prices. I was misunderstanding something but with the way he explained you will happy with that.
Kevin is the best too, he will give you a very good financed interest. With 4.4 % interest under my business, i can not complain with it
Roula is is the best too, she is very passionate with her job, will help you to protect your car. I really love my car love my black wheels that Ibrahim did for me. Engine very smoothly, the features inside is amazing. My wife and 2 kids can not complained. They are very professional. With Tiguan all space around $65.000 with full options, that family car make me really happy. Be honest, thanks full Ibrahim. For me you are the best.

Had an extremely poor experience with this dealership
They ordered the wrong car and I had to wait over 2 months for it to be corrected.
They delivered an unwashed, untinted car with no floor mats and I was told to sort it out at my first service which was 5 weeks away.
I wrote to them and they didn't bother replying which is why i'm posting this review. I wouldn't have written this for all to see if they had the courtesy and professionalism to respond to my email. Judging by other negative reviews below it appears their strategy for negativity is to ignore and not address it.

UPDATE: In regards to VW's reply below, I was never contacted

Purchase VW Tiguan Allspace 162 Highline with accessories, very nice & experience & helpful staff, they give us best deal & delivery before expected date, happy with our VW Tiguan & VW Chullora staff, thanks Jack & other staff who help us for good deal.

No complaints here. We just bought a new Tiguan Allspace here. Shawn helped source the car we wanted and when we picked it up we had a nice welcome, got a good rundown on the vehicle and a thoughtful gift.

Great experience so far with the service department. I have had my car serviced and have bought a few accessories and consumables over the past year. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the service staff knowledgeable.

After few months of buying a near new demo car from Noble VW and on my first car service with a different dealer shop (15,000 KM), I was informed that there is a major issue with the car gearbox.

Further investigations revealed that the gearbox was changed before and wasn't fitted correctly into the car and it wasn't safe to drive.

Sales manager was good,
had an opportunity to dealt with 3 different Business Manager not very helpful.one -ve star. Haven't taken delivery of my Golf yet, only negative experience so far.

Had ordered parts for my car.
Parts were ready to be picked up.
Approached the male at reception and advised that i was picking up parts. Told it would be at least 20 minutes as staff were on breaks. Attitude from the word go and CBF doing anything until pushed about the lack of customer service.

Once bitten.twice shy.

Rick Davis on the other hand. Knows his VW stuff well and if it wasn't for his previous impeccable customer service as well as today, it would be a 1 star rating.
