I went to Noble Volkswagen a few months ago to purchase a new Polo. I was assisted by Jake, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had been to another VW dealership earlier that week, and the sales person there was pretty much giving me a bunch of buzz words and fluff to try to get me across the line. The truth is, I mostly knew what I was after and Jake was able to explain a few of the additional details I needed to know and didn't treat me like an idiot. Jake has a lot of energy and passion, it was enjoyable to listen to him speak, I learnt some important and interesting things during our talks. The rest of the team who assisted were really lovely, they also made me a delicious coffee and made me comfortable while I waited for some paperwork to process. I have been in since for the 1000km inspection, and the service team were very helpful and friendly. I don't like to give a review on a dealership until I have experienced their aftersales service, and now that I have, I am confident that I will be looked after and that others will be as well. Great team at Noble. All ran like clockwork. As my car is a year old I decided to go with a 5 year care plan. My payment wouldn’t go through even though I had enough credit and savings. They were very patient and thanks to an alternative suggestion went through no problem. Highly rate the service

Been taking my car here for service since they opened and the customer service only got better over the years. This time round though they’ve gotten even better.
You see, often times whenever the service guys call you back to tell you of any problems with your car they tend to rush everything through and in most cases we have no idea what they are talking about and we are kinda left on the spot to decide whether to go ahead or not. In my last service they actually sent me a link to my car with recommendations as to what needed attention with photos, videos, quotes and options to check off whether we want to go ahead with it or not. This was great for me.
Whats more was that the shuttle bus driver was off on the day, so the company organised an Uber to drop me off to where i needed to be and Uber pick up when my car was ready for pick up. My car also received a complimentary car wash inside and outside. Further more I paid a capped priced service where they also renew my annual roadside assistance for free.
Thank you Noble VW for going above and beyond.

I had called them and booked in to test drive a car, the soonest I was available was 3 days after when I called up and they said that was perfectly fine. I come in to inspect the car and they tell me it has been sold. They didn't even have the respect to message me prior to tell me it had been sold. Extremely disappointed and will not be recommending to anyone.

Amazing service was quick to take the car. They asked if I’d like the vehicle cleaned and they did an amazing job. Courtesy bus driver was amazing. Would come again.

Thanks to all the team that helped with the purchase of our Crafter Van. The guys were great. Vlade made the sale easy, Carlos handled the phone calls with ease, Peter made the hand over super smooth and quick for me knowing I had a long way to travel and George with the follow ups to make sure I even got home safe. I highly recommend the team at Noble and as for the Crafter, it's awesome!

Pathetic after purchase service. Waiting for the payment of Trade in vehicle for 11 days, all the paperwork was provided. When followed up, was told they will call me back in 5 minutes and never called back.
Charged me for extras like paint protection and Integra shield. But didn’t do it and I was left to deal with the external providers myself when they didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment.
Should also mention that Extras and Accessories salesperson tried to sell me the dashcam when the vehicle I purchased comes with internal dashcam system.

They lied about the odometer - I enquired about the car with 13000km but they didn't tell me the actual meter was 26000km until I signed the contract.

The delivery is terrible - everyday I enquired they said it would be delivered the following day, it wasted me time waiting at home for the car several days in a row.

Wouldn't recommend to any one to buy cars from them because they are dishonest and bad at keeping promise.

Luke is very good customer service, very helpful and has great experience, he helped me out a lot of my vw tiguan, highly recommended if anyone looking for assistance

Purchased a new Golf from Noble VW, dealt with Ali El Kassaa. Ali was easy to deal with and catered for every demand, very professional young executive. Was on top of the purchasing process from start to finish.

Bought a NEW Vehicle only to find out it didn't even have 12 month's rego, after I was assured it did. Got a nice letter a little earlier than expected.
