From the booking process to sending through the end of lease clean report directly to my real estate agent the process was so easy and streamline for me. I was shocked at how great the place looked when done I almost wanted to move back in! We received our bond back immediately. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat.

We got No Sweat Cleaning in for our end of lease clean and our apartment was spotless. Amazing job done by the No Sweat team at an affordable price. Unsurprisingly, we got our bond back straight away. Will definitely be using them again!

I never write reviews, but the cleaning service provided was so bad that I feel compelled to warn people.

This is a complete scam! Please save your money. You can do a better cleaning job than they will provide.

The cleaning services that were supposed to be provided were not. The cleaner was also late and broke one of my wine glasses.

No Sweat refused to provide a refund and didn’t compensate me for the broken glass! They also wanted to send the same cleaner back when I wasn’t available, and never even offered to send a different staff member to finish the job. Worst!

My apartment was actually very tidy, nothing on the surfaces or floor so that it was easy to clean. Also, my cat is hypoallergenic so it doesn’t shed!

Please don’t make false accusations, it’s extremely unprofessional to do so.

The times you offered (for the same cleaner to return) were Saturday night and Sunday when I was not home. In addition, I was not comfortable having the same cleaner in my home and there was no offer to send a more capable cleaner.

The photos you provided showed my apartment looking the exact same way I left it (seeing as it was already tidy).

What your photos don’t show is the dust on the surfaces and floor that were supposed to be cleaned and mopped and vacuumed which clearly was not done to any perceivable level of quality.

From the point of enquiry through to the finished clean we had such a prompt and professional experience. Sophia, our cleaner was so courteous, efficient and great at her job. We look forward to a long relationship with No Sweat Cleaning:)

I used No Sweat Cleaning as I moved out of my home in Mona Vale in January and now every fortnight in my new home in Manly. As I work from home, it's handy being advised by email a day or so prior to the clean, to know when they are coming.
On occasion I cross paths with the staff, and they are always smiley, courteous and professional. They leave the house shining, with a touch of 'just walked into your hotel room' look and feel ie.the toilet paper roll folded into a pointed shape, the hand towel neatly presented and fresh sheets tucked ever so tightly into your mattress! It's those little things that make the difference.
