Communication and cleaning quality was spot on. I booked them in for an end of lease clean of my 1bd unit and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We were very unhappy with our end of lease clean. Not all hard services were cleaned & our kitchen was left with grime all over it, especially the oven & stove.
When I complained they did send someone to clean, but he confessed he didn’t know how to clean oven racks & had to be shown. The process took up allot of extra time & it was clear the cleaners did not have a checklist or know what they were doing.
