Hired to handle 2 minor childrens visa as the mother is an Australian citizen. The mother and children were moving from Sweden to Australia ti start a new life. They were several times informed that the children is to live here in Australia with the mother permanent as she has sole custody and they will apply for citizenship for the children. They however put the children on subclass 600 tourist visa which means that the children cannot enroll and go to school. We so lively found out now when they arrived in Australia and we tried to enroll them in school. They were under this whole process extremly unprofessional, didnt return emails or phonecalls and I as the relative chased immigration myself and got visas and travelban granted myself for them while they sat back and did nothing to assist us. The only thing they did was to take payments. Now we are having to figure out what new visas to apply for for the children so they can go to school as gast as possible til their citizenship gets granted. We paid them a hefty sum of money and now they want more money to help with the new visas for the children. They tell us different things and we do not feel like we can trust them especially now after all this. Kids needs to be in school and the fact that they wash their hands and blame us for the visas the kids are on and use the excuse: well you wanted them here as fast as possible is a poor excuse as they were very well aware that the children would live here forever with their mother and that all children needs to go to school. Now i have.heartbroken, worried single mother that simply cannot afford more costs and 2 children that is stuck home everyday and cant go to school. Even immigration gave us advice to file.formal complaint against them as they should have known better. I have also spoken to several other migration lawyers and all of them are also questioning why they put the children in that subclass visa when the clearly knew the situation. So now i have waited over a week for a call back but no call and no response and we are thrown to the wolfs with no solution for the children.

My five star rating is due to one person. Tim took over my case in January after we had not had the best communication from others at No Borders and had received another request from the Department for further information. It has took less than two months because of their eminent hard work, knowledge and experience. Earlier, we had had a very bad experience with our previous migration agents. Thank you God Almighty for your grace guiding us to the right lawyer for the help we needed badly about our visa refusal. After getting the decision from Immigration, we experienced great anxiety and trauma and felt that our Australian dreams were almost crashing down. We lodged the appeal but did not know what to do next. We consulted with our Solicitor and Migration Agent, Mark Abalos who put his utmost knowledge and understanding of how best to tackle the issues and giving us detailed instructions on what were the important documents that supported our merits review application to the Tribunal. Mr Abalos painstakingly analysed every possible angle of defence to have the Tribunal overturn the poor and irrational decision by Immigration. Mr Abalos attended our hearing and he vigorously defended our case and strongly asserted how we met all legal criteria for the grant of a Student Visa. We were also grateful for the support and attention he provided us in preparing us with our testimony and response to every possible questions by the Tribunal Member. Last week, the Lord answered our prayers and we came out victorious! The Tribunal decided to remit our Student Visa Application to the Department with the order that I and my wife be granted Student Visas! I am forever grateful to my advocate Mark Abalos and he has my highest recommendations to anyone who is in this same complex situation.

Would highly recommend No Borders Migration Agents! Vanessa and Mark were very diligent and helpful during my wife's Visitor Visa Application. She ended up getting a 1 year multiple entry Visitor visa (Which may sound simple but we thought we had a slightly complicated case).
