Unfortunate I’ve had a bad experience working with no boarders. I’m trying to get my permanent residency for Australia and unfortunately communication has been very limited and honestly the quality of information I have received has been very poor and unhelpful. When asking about updates about invitation rounds and priority sectors my lawyer was unaware about information that was released weeks ago by the government. After reading all the good reviews I had high hopes but unfortunately I have to say that these were not met when working with the no boarders team

Completely rude and careless.started the call the voice on the other side was already annoyed and completely careless, trying to make a question regarding regional area rules they didn't even listened and again with annoyed voice without even elaborate the question I've been told off straight away and replayed "I can't stay on phone I got other things to do". The call literally lasted 2min and it was booked since the day before, so I've been called. This is not the kind of service and education I was aspectinig.
