To be honest, I am not even sure where to begin with this review. N G Farah honestly deserves no stars and the negative reviews you see here are unfortunately true. I don't know how these guys are still in business, but they are uncontactable, liars, highly unprofessional and definitely don't treat their tenants/prospective tenants fairly or with any respect. From day one we followed their instructions to secure a property. Once all payments had been made, the leasing consultant Rene Shuaibi started ignoring my calls and was uncontactable via her direct number, as well as via her office. I was met with threats from both Rene and Marinos Euripidou (a highly unprofessional manager/director who has no leadership or professional skills) when they were advised that I would be withdrawing my application and requested for all payments to be refunded, they threated to not only keep my holding fee and bond, but also threatened to take me to NCAT so they "COULD FIGHT THE MATTER VIGOROUSLY"! They also tried to cover up their lies, by stating that they received payments later than what they were paid and falsified the rental ledger; however the bank transactions and statements proved otherwise. To their surprise, I took them to NCAT and they fought the matter so VIGOROUSLY, they didn't even bother attending the NCAT hearing and I was awarded a full refund; which they couldn't even pay on time as ordered by NCAT. I had to constantly chase them to refund my holding fee and ended up lodging the matter and an enforced money order with the locals courts. If you are considering renting a property, let alone buying a property through these scum bags, think long and hard; they will make your life a living hell and they will try and take money from you which they aren't entitled to keep!
