We have been dealing with James Daniel and his team and we have nothing but praise about them. Very quick in response time with quality answers and recommendations which assisted us immensely in our decision making as first time land lords.

Streamline؜ and Stress Free from Start to Finish
A great experience from being notified of listing of the property from James to inspection, application and signing of lease by property manager, Luke. All questions were answered promptly and process was very easy to secure our property.

Service? What's that? I had to follow up and chase several people, several times, for every enquiry.

I promptly paid a lease break fee of 4,400 when my family circumstances changed - the agent gave me day-before notice of a private inspection so they could lease it within 24hrs of advertising and have someone move in straight away. They weren't nearly as prompt with the final inspection and bond return though - I had to chase 4 people for information and was told I'll be charged for a scratch on the inside of a fridge cavity and minor floor scratches. When I asked for a quote to pay for this and condition report with photos - no reply. Still waiting two weeks later.

We͏ had a great experience with Billy. He and Demore made a great team.they were always contactable and kept us up to date with all the developments during our sales campaign. They provided great advice on how to prepare our property and we were very happy to have them in our corner come auction time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Unfortunately not a great experience with NG Farah property manager. From my experience, the main areas of improvement for the property manager include 1) Improving the ability to respond to tenants in a timely manner 2) Following up on service/maintenance requests 3) Overall communication as emails were left without acknowledgement, and actions taken without proper notice. (Clients from May 2020 to May 2022)

Conor Howard took charge and initiated all steps to sell our property quickly and at the price we needed.

Despite the clear "No Junk Mail" sign on my letterbox I continue to receive communications from Joe Recep and the NGFarah agency. Given they cannot follow a simple instruction on my letterbox, I suggest you do not trust them with the sale/leasing of your property.

Steve knows the market very well especially in Little Bay and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him as an agent. The thing that we liked the most is that Steve doesn't put any pressure on you to accept offers that are not up to your expectation.
