Great service, even though I did not buy my car from them. I did not want to wait 3 hours, so the Subaru phone intake person offered taxi back to my office without me having to think of it. At the service centre the very courteous staff did not act as if they were doing me a favour in coming to them, instead I felt valued and my comments and queries respected.

Polite, considerate, approachable and friendly service. Clearly explained options and explained cars needs. Gave me options based on cost. Supplied a taxi service free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

Money laundering at its finest.was told there were many more problems with my car than there was and expected me to pay an in reasonable amount for the fixes.we’re very rude to me as well.

My recent sales experience was probably one of the best carbuying experiences I’ve ever had.
I very briefly dealt with Nicole, who was friendly and knowledgeable, later to have my whole transaction completed by Tom, who was Knowledgeable very experienced and supported me through the whole transaction period. I completely felt welcomed I was completely assisted across the whole process, I was also assisted with a loan vehicle which helped me to trial the vehicle and make my decision.
I never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision.
I was also assisted by Courtney, she has a tremendous way of making you feel welcomed and valued. Courtney‘a ability to understand customers and make them feel welcomed was amazing! She explained the after-care protection plan of my vehicle in great details and also followed up with a phone call to make sure if I had any other questions or concerns.
I was also assisted by Marty who had tremendous knowledge on the Subaru range and took me through all the features and explained the vehicle in detail on collection he also took a photo of me with my vehicle.
The whole team contributed to my positive experience I have actually recommended the dealership already to 2 other people.
One who is purchasing a new Kia and a work colleague who is looking to purchase a Subaru.

Called into Newcastle Subaru to change my details over to the new car I bought. I was told I needed the Vin number which I didn’t have. Called back a couple weeks later and spoke to the young lady. Asked for my rego number to locate my old car which she brought up. Now asked again for the new rego which was the same again she asked for the rego of the new car which I gave a third time.in service and you don’t know you can swap plates. The guy there just looked up at her. I asked him a question and he wasn’t interested in answering me. I have been with Newcastle since 2003. She said she fixed so I left. Found them both very arrogant and she was quite rude. Went to crossroads today and funny the system still has my old car in the system. Well done young lady you did nothing to fix the issue and was rude to boot.won’t be back here again.

Purchased a WRX through Newcastle Subaru last year and the staff were amazing! Staff communicated everything along the way and didn't try to pressure me in to anything. This was my first time financing anything and they made it very easy for me.

Friendly staff. Knew what they were talking about. Not pushy. Gave honest advice about car pros and cons of different models and accessories. Sat with us in the car and worked through all the features before we drove away.

Although the problem that caused me to take my car in to be looked at wasn't exactly fixed because no one knew exactly what was wrong, the service I received and the explanation of the possible problem and the cost, was excellent. Very happy with the result.
