The quickness and ease of customer service was amazing! Courtney greeted me right away and talked through my interests and needs. She was invested in meeting my needs and made each step and transition easy. Erika was also helpful and available in person to complete the finance. Thank you to the team, I’m excited to be in my brand new car!

Had a recall on my impreza some time ago. It was a engine rebuild to fix. Had to return after to get air con fixed. That was no drama. They were great. Some time passed and car was having problems. They had replaced my brand newstop start battery for a standard which led to car needing a jump start time and time again Replaced battery, another $400 out of pocket. Now the solinoid torque converter needs replacing due to voltage damage. Haven't got a full quote but it's not cheap. I haven't asked if it is covered. Just need to be sorted.
Just make sure this doesn't happen to you. Check before you sign off on service. Make sure you know what was there before hand.

Marty Noonan was very respectful and knowledgeable of the product. He listened and related well to my specific vehicle needs. He was willing to attend to all of my queries. Being a single middle aged woman, I was not treated with a sense of invisibility as so many other dealerships have done in the past.

Staff were courteous, kept me in formed and completed service in agreed time. I appreciated the loan car provided just so I can get around town. Followup with sunnies left in said car by Benny to let me know till I can get them picked up was really appreciated.

TL/DR: Martin Noonan (Sales) and Richard (Servicing) are simply outstanding ambassadors for this Dealership.
We bought a MY21 Forester new from a Broker, never again. Arrived on the back of a car transporter, no hand over discussion, nothing. Great car though and a few months ago when servicing it at Newcastle Subaru, Martin casually asked if we were interested in ordering a MY23 Forester, gave us a great trade in deal, no pressure sales stuff, just straight honest factual deal offered and accepted. He kept in contact through the next few months, advising us where the process was at. Delivered and the hand over was 3 days ago. Martin walked my wife through every detail of the new car so she was relaxed knowing all the things she had never understood about the MY21 model and I had my queries expertly answered by him. Great bloke and a real asset for the dealership IMHO.

In the Service Department my dealings have in the main been with Richard. Again, simply outstanding. Attention to detail, courtesy and prompt attention to looking after our car is second to none.

Whomever employed these two guys deserves a raise him/her self as they are returning the favor in spades. Well done you.

The salesperson and manager i dealt with were absolutely phenomenal. They made me feel welcome every time i came in with questions. I was looking at many different car brands to try and find my next car and their friendliness and knowledge directly impacted my eventual decision to buy my Forester

Was my first time buying a second-hand car from a dealership (second car I've ever owned). Richie and the team helped me through the whole process. Couple of small issues with the car after driveaway due to fault of previous owner. The team at Subaru helped me to get back on the road and ensure that the car was mechanically sound and in pristine condition. Would go back in a heartbeat to this team. They made the whole experience of buying a second-hand car all the more easy and gave me the piece of mind to feel safe and comfortable in the purchase of my vehicle. If you're in the market for a new or used car, make sure to call in and see these blokes. They work miracles!

Reason for visit second Forrester service. Phone booking straight forward, on the day easy drop off.
Only issue, and reason for lower rating no call or text advising work completed, had to ring in to be told job finished, wasted over an hour extra waiting. Would lhave given 4 stars
Pick up straight forward, car was washed and windows perfectly cleaned, thank you
As for cost, Subaru fixed price (still expensive)
