I provided both rooms and square metres to get a quote. Answer "we charge by the room". But they came to do the job and one room was assessed as two and a half rooms so the price went up. Sure it was a big room but having gave the total square metres they had the opportunity to adjust the quote before they arrived. Lesson get a very fixed quote before you engage them.

We had a brand new kitchen installed and decided to have our tiles cleaned. Worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of paying for. Chemicals damaged our brand new oven and dishwasher and damage to bottom of our brand new kitchen cabinetry. My wife and are devastated. Raman then assured me it would be fixed and sent a tradesperson to our house. This did not occur, he sent a tradesman he paid to assess the damage as a pre existing condition and never got back to me. Since been told they are not accepting responsibility. Terrible service, terrible experience, avoid at all costs.
Had my tiles and grout cleaned, it is a large area, they look absolutely amazing. From the time I spoke to Raman re quoting on the job he was professional and personable. I recommend him highly. He is punctual, efficient and sets and achieves a very high standard of workmanship. Thank you to the team.
