They were friendly, responsive to all communications and flexible, working around our last minute changes. Great team, great work!

I have a renal property that tenants lived in for 13 years. When they moved out the carpets were very dirty, stained and smelt of smoke. I got Newcastle Carpet and Tile Cleaning to clean the carpets and I was amazed. The carpets looked brand new. Even some stubborn stains that were in high traffic areas were were removed and the house no longer smells like smoke. Wow, These guys are brilliant! They were able to clean our carpets and lounges before we sold the house and the had come out looking spectacular. We have to large dogs that did live inside the house and you would not have known they were ever there. Could not recommend anyone so highly. Quick, responsive and spectacular job

Honestly the best service I have ever had. Interaction started with a phone call as a plumbing emergency caused significant water issue within the unit. 40 minutes later a van was sucking out the water. Nothing was too much or too hard. Thank you so much from myself and my partner!

Raman and his team stripped and Re-Surfaced our vinyl flooring in a very busy beauty salon. The result was amazing. We booked In these guys from Newcastle carpet cleaning and they arrived on time were very presentable and explained what process they will do to bring them back up.
